There were some setbacks that discouraged us, but they were resolved. The host was super agile in communicating and kind with our requests.

Every detail was thought out with great care, which made all the difference in the experience. Privileged location. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls, hospitals and restaurants. The availability of a washer and dryer inside the apartment was an excellent differential for us. Modern TVs and refrigerator, fast internet, air-conditioning in both environments. Also, your attention, sympathy, and readiness to help with any questions made everything even better. It's rare to find such helpful hosts! We had a great experience with our stay. My wife was delighted by the kitchen utensils that are of great quality, providing us with a great experience at breakfast and occasional meals. Other comfortable and clean accommodations. Condominium with great leisure area with constant cleaning. Barbecue area with everything you need for a great afternoon. We recommend it for the great cost-benefit !!!

Entire apartment on the 30th floor in Belém with an incredible view of the city and Combu Island. Mario was super agile and helpful, which made the stay much easier. Super recommended!

Second time staying at Marcos' house! I'll be back whenever I can. There is only one caveat: both last time and this time, the building's doormen are very confused and we have to do the initial identification every time, even if you leave and enter several times on the same day and it is the same doorman and you have your information that had already been passed by the host. But with a little patience, everything works out. Other than that, everything was perfect!! I recommend it!

From the moment I made the reservation, Mr. Maxwell and D. Carmem were very kind and helpful. Dona Carmen is a sweetheart, she called me the same day to thank me for choosing her and we talked a lot as if we were long-time friends, I felt very welcomed. The apartment is wonderful, super organized, fragrant, clean and has everything we need. The bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning is cool, the shower is good, everything works perfectly. I've been to Belém several times, but I've never found such a nice place and such attentive hosts as Mr. Maxwell and Dona Carmem, they are different. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I will definitely come back again! Thank you for everything!

Great space, matches the advertisement, great location, quiet and comfortable place, for those who like wind it is ideal, because the house is well ventilated 24 hours a day by the wind from the beach. The ease and practicality of accessing the house is a great advantage. I highly recommend it!!

Gabi's spaces are great, the best in town. They are well equipped, super clean, comfortable, and have the security and convenience of a covered garage and electronic gate. In addition, Gabi and her family are extremely kind people. I always come back whenever I find the available spaces, I recommend it to everyone who wants a practical, comfortable and safe stay.

Hosting is much better than in the photos, all extremely clean, organized, well-equipped, close to everything and at the same time a place that inspires peace and tranquility!
