Welcome! Our flat is a simple environment with the minimum necessary for a comfortable stay. It is an ideal space for family trips, tourism or work. It is located in the Ponta d'Areia neighborhood, near Jansen Lake and the beach. From the window and balcony, there is a beautiful view of St. Mark's Bay and the lagoon. Near the building, there are great restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacies, laundries and a gourmet market. Feel at home and enjoy the view.
