Waterfront holiday rentals in Stanza Mare Pool

Perfect stay! Comfortable apartment, tons of restaurants 2-4mins walk. Everybody friendly. Beautiful beach with easy access. Loved everything! Would return anytime

What we loved: - The rooftop terrace - The wind blowing over us while on the couch - The AC in the bedroom (living room had one too that we didn’t use) - The second bathroom - The washer - Appliances: toaster, kettle, dishwear - The incredible proximity to the beach - Nila (greeter) on hand to help us with restaurant recommendations and issues with appliances and keys - Reachability of everyone - We felt safe at the property - The safe for our valuables - Convenience of location What we didn’t love: - Surprise fourth floor, no lift with suitcases and no help. The way we were told made it seem like it was known that we didn’t know we were headed up four flights of stairs with our big suitcases. - The extra services we booked through Nadia via Everything Punta Cana weren’t great. Taxi was not at the airport when we arrived despite booking for $42 each way and sharing flight details. Recommend confirming the day before with Everything Punta Cana

nuestra estadía estuvo maravillosa! la casa es espectacular. eramos un grupo familiar de 6 adultos, una niña y un bebé y la verdad que nos sentimos muy cómodos. la casa es grande y tiene todo lo que se necesita. la ubicación es excelente, a pasitos de la playa y de la pileta. el complejo es hermoso, muy tranquilo. las playas, son las mejores de la zona... grandes y muy limpias! teníamos reposeras y sombra tmb! no faltaba nada!! hay muchos juegos para arena tmb. muy contentos con nuestro viaje! gracias Leo y Laura por hacer de nuestro viaje una hermosa experiencia!! Recomiendo este precioso lugar y volvería sin dudarlo!

This unit was by far one of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced at Stanza Mare. We did have some issues with some plumbing in the bathroom, but overall this was a very cherry find. Yves is always at the ready to help and provide service or suggestions for the best stay possible. Walk out the patio to a world of friendly people and ocean breezes and sunshine.

Excellent Airbnb stay. The location was perfect walking distance to anywhere in Los Corales area. Lots of great restaurants nearby and beach is super close less than five minutes away.. the balcony patio area is beautiful , lots of area to sit and relax and the pool is an extra bonus. The bedrooms are very nice with lots of closet space. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. I would definitely rebook again.

Le logement était parfaitement situé avec vue sur la mer et directement sur la plage, lits très confortables, cuisine bien équipée, à distance de marche de restaurants et marché. L’appartement est spacieux et très propre. Nous y retournerions.

Un lugar paradisíaco, para disfrutar en familia o con tu pareja, las fotos se quedan cortas a la experiencia tan genial que viví, volvería siempre que me sea posible, es un apto súper reconfortante, el espacio, el lugar, todo es ESPECTACULAR. Es súper económico para todo lo que ofrece Nelly y su esposo fueron los mejores anfitriones e hicieron de este viaje una semana fantástica. Amanecer frente al mar es un sueño para cualquier persona y allí lo podrás cumplir

Perfect centrally-located condo for our Punta Cana vacation! Host's communication was excellent throughout our stay. The space is wonderfully roomy for 2-3 people with comfortable pull-out couch for additional guests. Powerful AC units kept us cool, and having a washer/dryer was incredibly convenient. WiFi handled streaming perfectly. Minor notes: mattress was somewhat thin and shower water never got truly hot (though manageable). During heavy rain, the street does flood temporarily - completely outside host's control. Overall, we absolutely recommend this fantastic property!

Our stay at this beautiful marina house was nothing short of incredible. The home itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of the water & boats. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. Miguel is such an attentive & helpful host. His warm hospitality made a big difference & truly enhanced our experience. We extended our heartfelt thanks to the chefs—the Dominican meal we decided on was outstanding! Every dish was delicious & beautifully presented. Regarding housekeeping by Margarita (she also cooked us a superb breakfast), everything was immaculately clean & well maintained...everything stayed pristine, which allowed us to simply relax & enjoy the peaceful, luxurious setting. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We also rented a 6-seater golf cart...a must for riding to beaches, grocery store, & restaurants around Cap Cana Marina. Thanks again for everything, Miguel. This was a truly memorable stay!

Agua was there to welcome us into her home when we arrived. She showed us around to all the amenities and responded very quickly to any needs we had. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We loved our stay Casa Duran! Bryan was so helpful and responsive to our needs, from booking transportation from the airport and back to giving us help throughout the week if we had any questions. We went to the supermarket (Nacional Supermarcado) on our way from the airport and got most of the food we needed. There are some cute upscale restaurants nearby as well. We rented a golf cart and are so glad we did. Not only was it fun, but it was so much easier to explore. There are also some smaller grocery stores/ markets nearby, but they didn’t have as big of a selection. Our location faced a beautiful pool area and the ocean. The landscaping was beautiful as well and we felt very safe there. One note, is that I wish we could’ve come on a different month. We came in June and the seaweed was really bad on almost all of the area beaches, rendering them unusable & smelly. This is no fault of the condo, just nature. Thankfully we took a trip to Macao beach (gorgeous) & used the nice pool.

We just spent five nights at Daniel’s amazing penthouse in El Cortecito and had an awesome time! The place looks just like the photos, modern, clean, and really comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax, and the private Jacuzzi was definitely a highlight. It’s perfect for couples and in a great spot, close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, but still nice and quiet. There is construction nearby as mentioned in other reviews but it didn't affect us. Daniel was super helpful and responsive the whole time, always quick to reply and full of great local tips, everything from where to eat to how to get around. The whole experience totally beat our expectations. Whether you're chilling in the Jacuzzi or out exploring Punta Cana, this place is the perfect home base. We’d definitely come back, highly recommend!

Our host was Valentin and he was great. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment was in a great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The apartment was adequately furnished, had comfy beds and we really enjoyed our stay. Made transportation arrangements with Yves who was accomodating, reliable and easy to contact.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and responsive, providing great local recommendations. The cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches made it feel like home. We’d definitely stay here again!

El lugar es increíble, tiene de todo, está muy limpio y es muy cómodo, ideal para vacacionar y relajarse (La piscina es sensacional). Imilka es una anfitriona excepcional, está pendiente de todo, sus instrucciones son siempre muy claras, es muy amable. A mis amigos y a mí nos encantó poder quedarnos aquí.

We cannot speak more highly about our stay at Edwin’s condo. Everything was as described. Beautiful and comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Edwin was very communicative thru out my entire booking process as well as during our stay. We couldn’t have ask for a more gracious host. We love the easy access to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. Everything you need is in walking distance. It was our most relaxing vacation ever. We are used to all inclusive vacations but what a difference. No schedules, no worries about claiming beach chairs, and most definitely no hassle for timeshares. We are so happy with our trip and cannot wait to return!
