It is attached to the main house although we do not share a common wall so it is very quiet. There is a private patio and entrance. 5 min to Tooele City, 7 min to Utah Motorsports Campus (UMC), 32 minutes to Salt Lake City, 25 to Airport. Parking is in front in the circle driveway making a short walk to the entrance.

Basement suite with a private bathroom, open concept living area and full kitchen. Private locking entry door and suite door. Stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Crockpot, electric skillet, and Keurig coffee maker provided.
