Cabin holiday rentals in Stange Municipality

We had a lovely stay. Marianne and Morten were very quick to respond to questions. A beautiful cabin which is equipped with everything, we'd love to come back! :)

We had a great stay at the cabin 😀 peaceful and quiet and really nice with all the animals. We were very lucky with the weather,so we enjoyed the sun on the nice terrace and enjoyed the jaccuzi in the evening 😀 Great with a description of what was at the cabin,so we didn't have to bring unnecessary things with us. Somewhere we want to return to 😀

Very cozy cabin, as central as you get on Budor. The squirrels living on the property added the icing on your stay. The host, Nina, was easy and quick to communicate with. Since we brought a baby, it was a bit cumbersome that you had to go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom and bedroom 2. Otherwise, everything was great.

Cozy cabin right on the lake with oven, well equipped kitchen, wonderful view directly of the lake from the sitting area. Not to forget the highlight right in front of the cabin: the hotpot we had to fire for over a few hours until it was hot enough, which was a bit of work but also a real experience! We arrived with the public. Here it is good to know that there are only about 3 buses a day and you are therefore quite limited with excursions.

Hege's place was lovely, private and cozy. It was great waking up to the nature around the lake (which thawed whilst we were there). There's plenty to do in the local area, and you're just a few minutes drive from the train station and shops. Hege was super helpful with information before we arrived including info on local charging points for our hire car (there are loads). It was a great place to stay and get ideas for the next trip!

Overall a great stay, just what we were looking for :)

We used the cabin as an overnight stay on our way from Norway to Denmark - it worked just fine, and we could easily use the cabin again another time

Lovely location with great views of Mjøsa and nice swimming area just below the cabin. Clean, well-maintained and well equipped cabin. We would gladly came back.

We had a wonderful few days!! Lise is a great hostess! We were very warmly welcomed and she showed us everything. The cabin is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature and is equipped with everything you need. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake and the forest. It was also especially great that we could even use the boat, fireplace and sauna.

We enjoyed some relaxing days at the cabin at Gillundstranda during Christmas. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for a short or longer trip. Jonas was helpful and responded quickly to our questions.

Absolutely perfect and beautiful. Fabulous location near a small lake. Lovely and quiet with stunning views. So easy to get too from Oslo airport even in the snow! Warm, cosy and had everything we needed. Such stunning. I can’t recommend this place enough Host was always responsive and even got shopping in for as arriving over new year. A wonderful family holiday we look forward to coming back

We had a lovely stay at Mjøsli - this cabin is perfect for department collection for a large bunch. The cabin is sheltered, and has an absolutely stunning view. The cabin has all the amenities and the beds were even prepared when we arrived. It was easy to connect to a TV screen to show presentations, and plenty of space for cooking, eating, and socializing, both outside and inside. Gunnar as a host made our stay great, he was proactive and followed us up both before and during our stay, always responding quickly if we had any questions. We are looking to return next year!

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at this cabin as a family of 5 and could happily have stayed for longer still. The view out onto the lake is truly fantastic and seemed to get better each morning we woke up to it! The property is finished to a high standard and is at least as good as the pictures, if not better - very warm inside too; and it otherwise had everything we needed. The place is quite remote but the local grocery delivery service to your door works really well - thanks to the hosts for flagging it! - and there are beautiful walks into surrounding hills and forests right where you are. Jacuzzi and sauna both worked very well so you have that mini spa experience on site too. We will genuinely consider a return trip some time and will recommend to friends and family too.

Ellen was very responsive and helpful. In fact she replied immediately to any requests and questions. Her cabin was welcoming, homely and spotlessly clean. She had added lots of thoughtful touches candles were already in the holders, the fire pit already had logs in it, there were games both inside and outside and throws to keep us cosy! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The garden leading into the woods was absolutely beautiful and a real treat with seating in lots of areas. The view of the lake was breathtaking even in the fog and low cloud! In the garden we spotted lots of wildlife including a nuthatch on the bird table and a woodpecker in a nearby tree. Close to Oslo but we preferred to explore Hamar and Lillehamar. Highly recommended and we would love to return. Our only regret is the cabin is too far from our home to use regularly. Peaceful, welcoming, tranquil and comfortable! A perfect cabin retreat!

Incredibly nicely located cottage, modern indoors, very affordable

Very nice place, cozy. We felt at home here. Walking distance to the center of Hamar, in nice weather. We would be happy to come back here, in the future.
