In the spacious courtyard, next to the house, there is a masonry facility for barbecue and socializing and a swimming pool with a paved surrounding area and a small garden with a bench behind the pool. The whole space is abundant with various flowers and plants, and is carefully horticulturally decorated. In the courtyard there are several types of fruit that are free for guests to consume. The place is quiet and 2.5 km from the center of Derventa. The first mall is only 2.2 km away.

We are surrounded by forest and clean air. At only 7km away there is an indoor compound with a restaurant and heated pools called "Terme Ozren" where you can use daily tickets for swimming, spa and recreation. At only 3km (5 min. away) we have a gas station, car wash, shop, ambulance, pharmacy, etc.
