Located 20 minutes from Potsdam, 45 minutes from Paul Smiths Visitor's Center, an hour from the ADK High Peaks, 1:45 minutes to Ottawa, and 2 hours to Montreal, it's perfect for day trips. Beth's Place II - on the river - is a private apartment above our garage, offering a separate entrance and a great private outdoor space with a hot tub. Welcome to our Riverside Camper! Enjoy a peaceful getaway tucked alongside the St. Lawrence River in this romantic, cozy, 1 bedroom camper that sleeps up to 5. Take a walk down the dock to the picturesque views of Canada, dine on the spacious deck, or kayak from the stone beach. Your stay will include access to the river and riverside through the property down a small gravel road. Positioned upon the hill, the camper and deck space give way to beautiful sunset views.

Kayak and swim right from the cottage or walk across the road to the dock on Higley. You will delight in the beauty inside and outside of this beautiful space.

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

Doesnt get much more private than this! Relax with the whole family at this Lakehouse compound that sleeps up to 10 people. Camp Kelly is 1 of 2 lakehouses that are grandfathered in to being built over the water! With only 130 Cabins on the entire lake, you will enjoy the peace and beauty of the Adirondack Park from the front porch! It's almost like having the whole lake to yourself! Cant see another Cabin from the front porch!
