Villa holiday rentals in St. Julian's

We really enjoyed our stay at Kathleen's. There were 6 adults and 3 children in our group and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was much more spacious than the photos showed. The swimming pool was amazing! So great to have that available and all to ourselves. Kathleen was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The apartment is in a peaceful street and it was easy to park outside and travel around the island from there.

Great place. Lots of room and very nice Villa overall. Lino was great houst. Helped as with everything and even took us to supermarket with his own car. Everything was just like promised and we did have great week at the Villa Buddha.

The villa was everything we hoped for with unbelievable views and great facilities in the villa which were so much fun especially for our large group. The bedrooms were so clean and spacious and the villa had more than enough room for everyone. The villa is in a lovely location only a short taxi ride from Valletta and Marsaskala which is a lovely town. Chris was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and gave great instructions. Look forward to coming back!!

We had a wonderful time here. The area is peaceful and the kids enjoyed the pool. David was helpful and kind with anything we needed.

Excellent house for our family of 6. All necessary amenities are available. We especially enjoyed the pool area. Kelly and her family are extremely kind responsive. If you don’t have a car, note that nearest supermarket is around 1 km away and downtown are with all restaurants etc approximately 1,5 km away.

Clean, big, spacious house. We had a pleasent stay here. Emanuel, the host, is very friendly, he lives next door with his wife. The house is a bit warm, but the bedrooms have air conditioning. A deposit of 150 euros had to be paid upon arrival.

A perfect stay with friends! The accommodation is spacious, well located with beautiful views of Il-Mellieщa, and close to a beautiful beach, which is great for relaxing. The pool is a real plus, as is the leisure amenities (table tennis, billiards, foosball). The apartment was clean upon arrival, with sheets and towels provided by the host. The kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher available, which is very convenient. Host was very responsive and available to answer our questions. Quick tip: Don't forget your adapters for the plugs. We'll be happy to go back!

Eddie was great, looked after us and made us feel at home. As a group of 11 boys looking for a relaxing weekend, this villa was perfect! Bolt/uber is so cheap, it’s never an issue getting around

The house is absolutely lovely. It’s located on one of the main squares in Mdina. The square is bustling with activity during the day, and then is peaceful at night and in the morning. It’s magical to be able to wander Mdina during the off hours from most of the tourists. The house worked really well for our three generation family group. Plenty of group spaces for eating together and enjoying each other’s company, and also plenty of spaces for people to have their own time as well. What a treat to stay in the historic palazzo for 10 days. Thank you so much! We hope to return. Andrea and Joanna were fantastic hosts and always responsive.

The villa was easily accessible, accurately described, and Jane’s communication was great. The location was good, close to the shops and some cafes, and it was easy enough to catch a bus from. Rooms were spacious and we had no issue with the amenities. We had a brilliant time during our stay!

Good villa for group stays, great location near the paceville (for clubbing), great common area and outdoor pools.

Such a lovely host and villa - flexible check in depending on if there were previous guests, we got lucky with that. He was very quick in responding to any questions we have. Lovely quiet residential area but Bolt’s pick up really quick and it’s relatively cheap and easy to drive to Valletta

I stayed here for a week with my family and I found it to be the perfect central location to relax in and see Malta from. St Julians, Valletta and the airport are all short taxis away and the the area was so peaceful. The house itself is spacious and the pool was a gorgeous spot to relax at. There was a Lidl a 10 minute taxi away also. The host was extremely responsive to any queries we had and I would absolutely recommend this villa.

The Airbnb was great! Anytime we had any questions or concerns, Janice or other hosts got back to us ASAP. Truly a great stay!! Pool was amazing.

That’s the best experience in Malta living this historic and beautiful house . The landlord couple Paul and Jossete are very very nice people . It’s a quiet area ,not far away from Blue Grotto,and also easy to go to Vallarta and St.Julians Hans

We have spent a good time in the villa, relaxing and recharged. The villa is really a great place for you to escape from the stress. Enjoy a drink in the pool side to have a sun bath. We have a great barbecue night in the poolside as well. lovely place lovely host

My family and I stayed at Janice’s place at the end of September for 8 nights, we had the best time. The Villa was clean and the surroundings were lovely and easy to get around. The hosts were helpful and responsive, any time we enquired about something they were super quick to reply. Just very lovely people. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for the lovely memories!

Our first time on the Beautiful island off Malta & WOW what a place !! Melliah is beautiful & the villa is in a Good location if you like walking, you are within 15 minute walk away from everything in each direction, But if you don’t want to walk just use Bolt (Car arrives within 4 minutes & cost around £3 to take you to the main parts off melliah) Janice & the team were very responsive answering every question asked. The Villa is perfect & match all the pictures, very clean, plenty of fresh towels & a full clean if staying longer than a week. We will be back 100% thanks to the team & Malta for being Beautiful. Really enjoyed our recent stay at this villa. It comfortably fit 8 adults and a baby, with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoys meal times together both indoor and outdoor. We loved the quiet location with stunning views of the bay. The pool and outside area is a particular highlight of the villa. We enjoyed using the BBQ on several evenings and the kitchen was well equipped. Jo was very responsive to messages and was always happy to help, even arranging airport transfers for us. The only thing to note would be for any parties travelling with a baby/small child - to access the villa, there is a steep driveway and approximately 20 steps (not mentioned in the listing). Difficult to carry a pram up, but luckily we had lots of hands to help!
