Tiny house holiday rentals in St. Johns County

This was the perfect amount of space for us, we had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location and privacy very much.

We look forward ved staying at Brandon’s Tiny home. We love the Iceplant so its a plus and downtown is a short walk. This tiny home is perfect for a great getaway, is clean and has a great outside space.

Very comfortable and well maintained. Home was perfect for 2. The bed was amazing! So close to the Ice Plant and the Fish Camp that we walked.

Great location, it was very walkable to the city. The studio was just as described and a nice size. In a quiet neighborhood that provided a peaceful stay.

We checked in a few minutes after 4 and had trouble finding the parking on our own. We called Huyen and she picked up immediately and walked us through the process, even though the parking instructions were sent to us, and we just didn’t see it. This unit was just the cutest and quaintest little studio, and is so close to Villano Beach and Historic St Augustine; it was so convenient!

Greg has an absolutely lovely little home!! Very clean and cozy! Perfect for enjoying the area as well as having some fresh relaxing time! Had everything we needed and matched the description perfect!

I think this area worked very well for us and what we planned on doing. We drove all the way from Charleston, SC to come stay here and it was nice to walk in to a nice clean home. The bathroom situation was odd but it was functional, we really enjoyed having a yard and a fire pit in the area since we come from apartment living. All around a great space!

This was a lovely place for a quick weekend getaway. Private, easy to find, very clean and it had everything we needed. It was exactly as described. We will definitely recommend their home to any of our friends looking to go to St Augustine!

Exactly what we needed for the last leg of our trip home. Quiet, comfortable and perfect for two. Walk to shopping and restaurant just over the bridge. Cozy little hide away.

Beautiful, peaceful surroundings, private tiny house surrounded by nature. Friendly, responsive host, clean property. It was a joy to stay there!

Literally just steps to the beach. Great morning and evening views from upper balcony of sunrise and sunset. Had everything we needed for myself, husband, and pup. Water pressure in shower amazing! Make sure to check the book for the WiFi password early in stay for good internet connection. Full size fridge with freezer but no ice maker - not a problem. Bag of ice was there waiting for us and we paid it forward for the next guests. Highly recommend this location.

The cottage is beautiful.....but the dune isn't great for some one who has a bum knee. Yes you can see the ocean but dune takes away from the view. The pictures does make it seem like you have a full view of the beach and ocean. Maybe higher chairs and table would help on the patio.

So grateful we stayed at the Penthouse on the beach! The views were incredible, the space is so artfully decorated and designed, and the beach is beautiful. It felt like having a semi-private beach given how access is set up, which was peaceful. The hosts have set things up to be sure you have everything you need. Driving to downtown St Aug was super easy and sitting on the sand was delightful, but the best part was sitting on the swinging chairs on the deck (listening to music or reading books and drinking coffee) and watching the waves roll in. We will definitely return - the whole experience was five star.

From the moment we walked into the little pink cottage we felt right in our element. As if it was made for us. (My daughter and I). The coziest little cottage, perfect in every way. So much attention to detail, from the comfortable bed to the decor, we didn’t want to leave. The backyard is wonderful, a country feel and very private. We loved the pool, the outdoor sitting areas perfect for relaxing, and we rode the bikes around the neighborhood, a true delight. The location is like out of a Hallmark holiday movie.. adorable bungalows and cottages lining up the blocks in an old St Augustine picturesque neighborhood. We walked the 15 minutes to George St, and it was a delightful little walk.. with cafes, restaurants and cute little shops all around. So much to do and see, our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. But we will be back!

The perfect place to stay if you want to get downtown away from the busy town, but also be close by. The property is dreamy!

Johanna’s place was a great place to stay for our long Memorial Day weekend. For a tiny home, it was so so spacious! It was the perfect size for two adults. The location was fantastic too! Walkable to fun bars and restaurants and easily accessible to the downtown and beach areas. Would definitely stay here again!

We so enjoyed our stay at the Little red cottage. While little it has everything needed and more! We enjoyed being close to the beach and downtown.
