Villa holiday rentals in St. Ann Parish

I was looking for a peaceful, quiet spot to work, with a good view and Casa Amarillo did not disappoint. First of all, the place was incredibly clean. I mean spotless. I could walk around barefoot and the bottoms of my feet would still be clean. From the bathroom to the bedrooms, everything was super tidy and well-organized. The highlight of my stay, though, was the breathtaking mountain view. I loved waking up in the morning, stepping out onto the front porch with my coffee, and just sitting there, taking it all in the peaceful mountains, the sound of birds singing… it was such a calming start to the day. I also really enjoyed spending time in the backyard, standing barefoot in the soft grass and feeling grounded. The whole vibe of the place just made me feel at home, comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease. I honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer, but I’ll definitely be booking Casa Amarillo again the next time I’m in Jamaica.

Words cannot truly express the ambiance of this place. From arrival to departure it was a breath of fresh air. Very clean, spacious and cozy. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. There is a pool on the compound and what I liked is that the house was not far from the pool. Hosts are such wonderful people and friendly. Very responsive! Definitely recommend and I would visit again.

I enjoyed my stay, the host was responsive he called to make sure I was all set. I only booked for a night and the host treated me as if I was going to be there for while meaning he still made sure I had a welcome basket and called to ensure I wasn’t short of anything. Definitely will be back !

Perfect ending to a Jamaican adventure! It felt just like home and wish we could have stayed longer. The unit is in walking distance to Plantation Cove so we were able to easily get a concert without the struggle of parking and felt very safe doing so. You can also find a grocer which sells both local and international dishes is in walking distance as well. The listing is in a gated community, that takes their registered guest policy very seriously, so plan accordingly. This space deserves 10/10 and can't wait to return again.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb by the sea in Jamaica. The views were absolutely stunning ! we loved watching both the moon rise and the sunrise right from the property. The host was extremely welcoming, and the caretaker was so kind and attentive, always making sure our needs were met. The peaceful grounds were perfect for our two-year-old son, who loved exploring and gazing out at the sea. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!

Patrick was an amazing host, he was so responsive, even at times when i thought it was too late and i wouldn't get a response, the space is amazing and was perfect for our family, the location was perfect & i hope that i can stay here the next time i am in Jamaica !

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space was very spacious, clean, and beautifully set up exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The environment was peaceful, and the layout made it feel like a true home away from home. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

ZYANI was recommended by dear friends. Our group of 7 rented the entire villa for 3 nights, and we'd all go back in a heartbeat. The focal point is the patio, directly on the ocean—it's stunning. The soothing sound of the ocean is a constant. The saltwater pool is perfect. Each bedroom is spacious, all with their own bathroom and nice little touches. If the ocean breeze isn’t enough, the ceiling and floor fans are good. We opted to hire a chef for our stay, and the meals they cooked for us were all fantastic. Stephanie and her team are friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The place is full of love and tranquility. I recommend you either drive or use Uber, as there's not much within walking distance. Stephanie recommended a small secluded beach nearby, and is less than a 10-minute drive. Other area attractions are 30 to 60 minutes away; Stephanie guided us on what to do (and, equally important, what to skip). Much love to Stephanie for creating a peaceful oasis in Ocho Rios! ♥️

From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, the home is everything we wanted in a vacation home. It was very spacious, breezy & serene. The lush landscape, full of fruit trees & greenery added to the tropical feel. The pool & tennis court was an added bonus. Overall one of the best features of this home was the STAFF! Chef Sheree, Winston & Kira were so helpful and pleasant they made us feel as if we were family. The dishes chef created were all de-li-cious! Even our pickiest eaters enjoyed every meal. A big thank you also to our host Kimberly who was very responsive & accomodating. Our stay was truly an amazing & wonderful experience. It was another memorable experience for my family and I. We will definitely book this amazing home again!

Joshua was so easy with communicate with and booking process was seamless. The place was exactly as described! The beach is a simple 2 min walk away and is gorgeous and private. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Ideal for a family stay!

Vacation Stay Home in Mammee Bay Jamaica, was a dream like experience. Immaculate white rooms with white canopies and linen shaped into hearts greeted my guest. Their personal rooms which all had large personal bathrooms, also had doors that led out to balconies or directly into the beautiful grass of the grounds. One of my guest said it was her door to Narnia. The staff were so attentive and pleasant that within days I felt as if I knew them for a lifetime. They will be missed. Chef Shaun has to be one of the finest Chefs in Jamaica, I have eaten Jamaican food in NY, LA, Miami, Montego Bay, Kingston, St Ann and St Mary and his food was by far the best I have had, and he was all ours! The neighborhood walk to the beach and restaurant was delightful and the private beach was breathtaking. All of this was facilitated by one of the most attentive and helpful hosts I've ever come in contact with, the fantastic Dahlia. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, welcoming, and just awesome!!

This is the second time I’ve brought a group to this wonderful AirBnB. Air conditioned bedrooms, great pool, walkable to Bamboo Blu, in gated community, and Robert the caretaker is awesome! This year we also did a day pass for RIU which is right next door for a boat with snorkeling to Dunns River Falls. It’s a great spot for us when we come to the St Ann’s Bay Area—- enjoy being there very much!

Myself and a group of friends stayed at Pimento villa and I can confidently say it was an absolutely amazing experience. The owners are extremely hospitable and very attentive and understanding. We had some minor issues however Orville fixed it right away. Their home is also exceptionally clean, organized, tidy and very spacious. The pictures truly do this place no justice, my group was in awe as soon as we stepped through the door. The location is also very convenient as essential Knick-knacks were easily attainable. Anja and Orville’s villa also family friendly as board games are also provided for guests. Our stay at this beautiful home was phenomenal and we truly enjoyed every aspect of it. We appreciate the hospitality and we hope to book with you guys again.

Immaculate customer service, beautiful homes and great pricing.

I want to start by saying how awesome Andrew, our host, was in answering all my questions prior to booking Chatham. We spent a wonderful week here with 4 adults and 4 kids, and this place was exactly what we needed. As a seasoned Jamaica traveler, I was looking for an alternative to all-inclusive resorts, and Chatham delivered. It felt like home, but with all the amenities of a resort. We loved the saltwater pool, the short walk to the beautiful beach, and the convenient ride to Ocho Rios for grocery shopping and craft markets. The chefs were incredible, preparing delicious Jamaican cuisine and helping us plan menus. One tip for future guests: consider purchasing groceries yourself and having the chefs prepare meals, as this can help manage costs. Unfortunately, we lost the beach access FOB key during a family game, resulting in a $150 USD replacement fee. Despite this minor setback, we'll definitely be returning to Chatham. It's a true gem!

By far one of my favorite Air b&b stays. The house looked exactly like the pictures and even more beautiful in person. The whole place was fully equipped with everything you could need. The space was so comfortable for our party of 4 including 2 teenage boys. They had so much fun enjoying the outdoor space and walking to the gym and tennis court. The neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful, & we felt 100% safe the entire time. Kenoy was an exceptional host even after we checked out. He was so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here you won't regret it.

This place was exactly like the pictures, and was left extremely clean upon arrival. I felt exactly at home and felt safe since it was in a gated community. This might’ve been one of the best AirBNB’s I’ve stayed at while traveling. There was a kitchen that we cooked breakfast at, laundry machine we washed our clothes in after a long day exploring beautiful Jamaica, and even an extra air mattress to sleep on since we had multiple guests. The bathrooms were kept cleaner than majority of the hotels I’ve stayed at. If I could give Shane a 6 star review I would, that’s how amazing of a host he was.

This house was conveniently located near the beach which was quiet and the people were very friendly. Maria was very respectful and responsive to our request and concerns. The caretaker Ryan was our go to person always polite and respectful. He also took on the role as our tour guide and driver. Overall all 6 members of our group had a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place for a fantastic experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Malaika’s place! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing break. The location was peaceful and quiet — a perfect spot to unwind — while still being just a short 10-minute drive to the beach. Malaika was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a calm getaway close to the coast, and I’d be glad to stay here again. Thank you for a lovely experience!

The property impressed me immediately with its excellent hospitality service and its large, beautiful space. The property matches the images that were posted. The accommodations were truly remarkable, featuring incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a restful stay. (I was so impressed that I'm even curious about the mattress brand - they were that good!).... The best part of my stay was the excellent customer service provided by Damion and Claudia. I always received quick and timely replies to any inquiries, which made me feel valued as a guest. The property was almost perfect, but I did notice some minor issues with drainage in the sinks and showers. However, this slight drawback did not significantly detract from my overall amazing experience. I would recommend this property and would gladly return in the future. The combination of a beautiful space, comfortable accommodations, and stellar customer service makes this a top-tier rental.

Really quite and nice place, well secured with 24hr security and property having cameras around. Very spacious and clean and had all the amenities that's listed, quite good for family and friends as have all the space you'll need. It's off the main road so very quite and no traffic noise to disturb you, about a 25 mins walk to town so may want to have your own transport or arrange transportation. Also has a lovely pool and gym on the complex. Definitely would stay again!

Lovely Irie exceeded our expectations. Irene was fully responsive and provided us with a wonderful face to face welcome. The amenities were first class and Irene went the extra mile by providing us with snacks. Overall we had a wonderful time and the only regret is that we did not book for a longer stay . We will be back and I will be recommending Lovely Irie to all of our friends Hugh and Ingrid

We had a great stay here! The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. The house itself was very clean, clutter-free, and accommodated our group perfectly. It was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed access to the private beach—just a quick mention of the house we were staying in, and we were in there for free . The beach was clean and relaxing, with a restaurant, bar, and showers right on-site. We also spent some time at the pool area, which was only a 2-minute walk from the house. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again in the future. The host was very friendly and responsive as well.
