Leeston Cottage

5 minutes from the beach; the mouth of the Rakaia River, a well known salmon fishing site; and Lake Ellesmere Waihora; on a working farm growing saffron, walnuts and forestry. There are plenty of friendly animals and maybe a freshly laid egg for breakfast. 45-50 minutes drive south from Christchurch city, 10 minutes east of state highway 1. The nearby villages boast outlets for local arts, crafts and antiques, and a fine swimming pool for the many hot summer days.

Come and relax, with high speed Fibre, a separate lounge with Smart TV, as well as a games rooms situated in the garage complete with a second Smart TV and pool table - allowing the children to have a break from the adults (or vice versa). Fully fenced property means this house is perfect for families with younger children. Our house is situated in the ever growing town of Rolleston, a quick 20 mins drive to the City centre.

Silk Tree Cottage is a modern, self-contained standalone property perched on 5 acres of serene, park like grounds. It sits separately from the main house, offering guests privacy and tranquility. Located 2 minutes from State highway 1 and 20 minutes to Christchurch airport and similar time into the city. The town of Rolleston offering a range of eateries and supermarkets is just a 3 minutes drive. Complimentary breakfast provisions for the first two days.

Due to reopen again from October after 8 months break. Separate dwelling, 20 meters away from the family home. Modern. Six years old. This is a great place to unwind and hit the reset button. Quiet and peaceful. Good shower, comfy beds and a large 60-inch TV. Easy to use, just turn it on to tv channels. We are in the country and the shops are 15 minutes away by car.
