The house, recently built, is totally autonomous and private. Although it is about fifty meters from the "Insenatura Acquaviva" sea, it is completely immersed in Mediterranean vegetation. In addition to a large covered terrace with a sunshade, it has a surrounding garden for an afternoon rest in the shade of a pine tree and other typical trees of the place. You can use the solar paving where you can admire the infinity of the sea and the long extension of the coast.

The flat is a three-room flat in the historic centre of Spongano, 5 km from Castro Marina. Situated on the ground floor of a historic residence, to access it we pass through the iron gate and find ourselves in an internal courtyard shared with two other units, one on the side and the other on the upper floor. In the courtyard there is also the laundry area, also shared with the other guests.

Small residence in Salento

Cosy home recently renovated by the owners, and open for short term stays. It is fully equipped with linen and towels and the basic provisions. The house offers a spacious kitchen, one bedroom (note the bed size is approx 145 cm x 190 cm) and served by a small toilet, a living room with sofa and TV, and the main bathroom with shower. The patio is of exclusive use.
