This two-story barn conversion retains the rustic allure of its original structure while seamlessly embracing modern design elements. As you step into this cozy holiday home located in the heart of Sufers, you'll be immediately captivated by the beautiful views that surround you. The top floor boasts a spacious living room with a charming fireplace, and a dining area alongside a fully-equipped, open kitchen. On the expansive terrace you can soak up the sun until the late afternoon hours, as you take in the views of the mountains that stretch before you. There is a barbecue grill and a spacious dining table that comfortably seats six people, ideal for enjoying meals under the open sky in the warmer months. On the lower floor you will find a master bedroom with a kingsize bed (180cm), and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed. The modern bathroom features a shower and a washing machine / tumble dryer. Downstairs is also a large storage room for you to store your skis, sledges and other bulky items. Please note that the bedrooms and bathrooms are not fully soundproofed. This construction enhances the authentic charm of the house, but may be less suitable for extended stays with friends. Therefore, for longer stays, we primarily recommend this accommodation for couples and families. Sufers is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities in the Viamala region, escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In winter you can enjoy unique snow tours, go skiing, cross-country skiing or sledging. The Splügen-Tambo ski resort is only a 5-minute drive from Sufers. From spring to autumn, you can hike to breathtaking mountain lakes, collect mushrooms, climb rocks in the nearby "Magic Wood" boulder park, or simply take a walk around the tranquil Lake Sufers. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, seeking a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this charming barn conversion in Sufers is the ideal alpine retreat.

Spacious and cozy loft on the ground floor of an old traditional house in the beautiful and quaint core of Splügen. Small outdoor terrace to dine at the sound of a stream. A few steps from the departure of the cableway and at the center of a network of trails for hiking and mountain biking. Tastefully furnished: a double bedroom (with skylight instead of window), a small children's room with no window, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, a modern kitchen and bright and warm living room.

The beautiful, renovated high ground floor apartment is idyllically located by the larch forest above the village of Andeer (paradise). Unobstructed views in 3 directions of the beautiful mountains. Free parking is included. The large property is fully fenced. The large seating area with fire bowl for barbecuing can be used in consultation (parties with consultation / rent of both apartments). The apartment is very centrally located, ideal for many activities in winter and summer.

Guests receive the regional guest card "Via Mia Pass" free of charge. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and a living room. Color TV, radio, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower; additional small bathroom on the first floor (with sink and toilet). Depending on the number of occupants, up to three double rooms are available. In the basement: washing machine and ample storage (e.g. for bicycles, skis). Parking by the house. Garden seating and barbecue (summer).

The apartment can accommodate four people, two in the bedroom, two in the living room. In the village there are shopping facilities in the Primo store and in the alpine dairy. My place is family-friendly and has great views. You'll love my place because of the comfortable beds, the two kitchens, the view and the coziness. In summer there is a seating area with barbecue facilities. My place is good for families (with kids) and small groups. The nearest ski resort is in Splügen (5 min. by car)
