The apartment is very centrally located, ideal for many activities in winter and summer.

Donat is a farmer village with approx. 260 inhabitants. Away from mass tourism but with a long history of hospitality you can meet the locals and their lifestyles and get around by foot, bus or car. The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

Idyllic apartment directly on the Hinterrhein

My place offers a good starting point for various activities for hikers, boulderers, bikers, families or people looking for relaxation and wellness. In 2 minutes' walk you are in the village center and thus by public transport. You'll love my place because of the quiet location with the direct, beautiful view of the Hinterrhein and the mountain landscape. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 2 kids.

Haus Natura

The property is located in an elevated, sunny location in the municipality of Sufers, is very quiet with a very nice seating area overlooking the mountains and the lake. The apartment can accommodate four people, two in the bedroom, two in the living room. In the village there are shopping facilities in the Primo store and in the alpine dairy. On request, breakfast can also be booked. Ask for conditions.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.

Villa Emma - nature cabin

Take a break and regenerate in this peaceful oasis. Villa Emma, a cabin immersed in the nature of Valchiavenna, a passing area between Lake Como and L'Engadina. A cosy environment awaits both to spend moments of relaxation and working remotely. From our garden you can also pick fruits and vegetables in season. Ideal area for hiking, MTB, fishing, skiing, climbing, photo and gastronomic tourism.

Apartment on the outskirts of the village

Starting point for the most beautiful outdoor activities. In winter, you have direct access to the most beautiful cross-country ski trails right at your doorstep. In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful Splügen Tambo ski resort. In summer, you can start the most amazing hikes from home. Via the Splügen Pass, you can be in Italy within 20 minutes.

Beautiful, cozy studio in the heart of Lumbrein. Enjoy the mountains at 1405 meters above sea level! The studio is located on the first floor of a beautiful old farmhouse below the hosts' apartment. Parking and plenty of space for bikes and skis is available.
