The AirBNB is located in an upscale holiday home complex. We would therefore like to point out in advance that there is a night's sleep that must be observed. Likewise, loud parties are not permitted.

The space
Beautiful, newly built holiday home in a quiet residential complex, only about 50 meters as the crow flies away from the natural swimming lake (exclusively usable by residents of the residential complex).
The open living-dining area with a Swedish stove invites for cozy get-togethers. In the modern and well-equipped kitchen with kitchen island, you can cook well and enjoy the view of the lake.

On the ground floor you can find the first bedroom with large double bed. Upstairs is a second bedroom with double bedroom and a lovingly designed children's room with bunk bed (this can of course also be used by adults). Also, here is the beautiful and modern shower room.

In the garden is a small wellness area with hot tub, sauna and sun loungers. Also a nice barbecue area with great views over the Lake.

Please note: The AirBNB is located in an upscale vacation home. We would therefore like to point out in advance that there is a night's sleep that must be observed. There is also a noisy party in the garden/house. Thank you for your consideration.

Here in the rental price includes: high-quality Tchibo Café and BRITA water bubbler incl. CO2 karting.

In line with this, our visitors (for bookings of 3 nights or more) will receive a refreshing guest gift: 5 liters of naturally cloudy apple juice from regional orchards!

There are two parking spaces in the yard area. In case of emergency, there are also three cars (next to each other). Please make sure parking is not possible on the street. So you can arrive with us with a maximum of three vehicles.

Guest access
The detached cottage including garden, hot tub, sauna and barbecue area is private only for your use!

The swimming lake is available to all residents of the residential complex (about 30 houses). The use of the swimming lake is possible (but still without a bathing jetty, this is planned for summer 2024).

Other things to note
We especially care about the full and good amenities. From firewood to comprehensive kitchen equipment to hygiene products and children's toys, everything will be available - so that our guests can simply arrive and enjoy!
