This hillside property estate provides gorgeous views of the Statue of Liberty, Verrazano Bridge, Manhattan, Jersey City and Brooklyn skylines. At night the bridges along the East River look like necklaces from the vantage point of this place that has a style all its own. Very private. Car rental available.

The space

The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and includes a lounge area, balcony with lounges, a closet, and a private bathroom with a soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, marble sink and toilet.

You will have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on the 1st floor.

In addition, there are outdoor covered and uncovered spaces with couches, armchairs and dining tables.

Entrances are controlled with smart locks and the place can be access via App and codes.

If you need a car during your stay, I can accommodate via Turo at a discounted rate.

Other things to note
This is a very special place because of the unique location and exceptional build quality. It was built in early 1900 by Artist Frederick Stone. The structure is made of steel and concrete.

I lived in this place for over 10 very inspirational years and enjoyed every moment. I’ve updated it to the current living standards with modern fixtures, brand new appliances, new furniture and lots of LOVE and personal touches.

One room is reserved for the host to stay in the same unit as the guests.
