Digs on Daly is a stylish 1950's 2 bedroom home situation on a gorgeous tree lined street only minutes from the centre of town. Relax and unwind in the cosy sunlit lounge or enjoy a glass of wine in the alfresco area. Take a stroll down the main street and explore the local shops, restaurants, markets, and cafe's. Or, ride your bike on the Riesling Trail visiting iconic cellar doors along the way. Whatever your choice, Digs on Daly is the perfect place to stay whilst enjoying the Clare Valley.

The space
This cute little abode consists of 2 queen size bedrooms, polish timber floors throughout (can be squeaky!), 2 x air-conditioning units, modern kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, stylish furnishings and quality bedding. Outside features an enclosed back yard and private alfresco area perfect for enjoying a BBQ in the sun. Use the smart TV to login into your Netflix account and enjoy unlimited WIFI whilst chilling out on the comfy couch.

Guest access
The home is yours to enjoy for the length of your stay. The shed will be locked and is for private use only. PLEASE NOTE: The second bedroom will be locked unless 3 or more guests have booked, or prior arrangements have been made. Extra linen fees apply.
Self check in is via a key lock box. Further details will be provided closer to your occupancy date. If required we will be available to assist where necessary.
The property caters for 3 vehicles comfortably. Access to the home is via the front or rear doors.

Other things to note
Please make sure you select total number of guests when confirming your booking. The second bedroom will remain locked if not booked. It will be assumed 2 guest bookings will only require one bedroom unless advised otherwise. If you do require 2 bedrooms please book for 3 guests, otherwise extra linen fees apply.

Minimum 3 night stays on public and school holidays, and 4 night minimum stay over Easter and Christmas.

Maximum 4 guests.

HOUSE RULES

- Please leave the home as you found it. Neat and tidy, and all items in their original positions.
- No smoking / vaping inside
- No Pets
- No Parties
- No more than 4 guests are permitted at this home.
- Please refrain from using the towels to remove fake tan, make up or anything that will stain. There will be make up face towels provided. (Damaged linen may incurr a replacement fee)
- Empty all bins on departure.
- Log out of your Netflix or YouTube account on departure.
- Make sure BBQ is clean when you finish using it. BBQ Wipes are provided.
- All dishes are to be washed and put away
- Close and lock windows on departure.
- All doors locked and keys returned to lock box on departure.
- Please report any damages to the property or contents as soon as possible.
- Please remember check in is from 2pm onwards and check out is stricktly on or before 10am (unless prior arrangements have been made)
- Most importantly please enjoy your stay!

Please note: This is an older house with timber flooring which can be squeaky and noisy.
