Dette overnattingsstedet/ leiligheten ligger ca. 7 min. gange fra sentrum hvor det er flere butikker og restauranter. Det er bl.a. et stort Coop kjøpesenter plassert midt i sentrum. Leiligheter har 3 soverom der ett rom har en king size seng. Ett soverom har kun en seng på 90 cm og det siste soverommet har en seng som kan gjøres om til en dobbelseng.
