We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Forest house in nature

Welcome to the Waldlerhaus in the Bavarian Forest. The house is a wooden log house from about 1810, which stands in a large garden with many fruit trees. We rent the first floor, whereby otherwise no other parties live in the house. There is a bedroom with two beds, and a bunk bed. The second room has a bed and TV. There is a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. In the area there are very nice small lakes, and the Bavarian Forest Nature Park as well as the city of Passau.

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building reinterpreted. The boutique loft, with its modern design and curated art, is a place to relax and feel at ease, with space for 2–6 people. Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.
