We built the houses with love, an emphasis on minimalist modern design, with harmony to nature. Settled above a beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the coziness and tranquility with stunning views of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (paid separately).

Pure nature - Haus im Wald am Biberdamm

In the house in the forest, absolute tranquility awaits you surrounded by nature. You have your own vacation home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The apartment on the Klopferbach is located at the end of a side street, nestled in the countryside. Our three-room apartment is located on the upper floor of the wooden house built in 2020 and offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay on 90 square meters. It consists of a spacious entrance area, a bathroom and two bedrooms with wooden floor, one with a workspace, as well as a spacious living, kitchen and dining area. A large balcony with seating and views of the countryside completes the offer.

Here you can expect a stay full of rest, relaxation or action in the middle of the Bavarian Forest! The apartment is centrally located in the glass city and climatic health resort Zwiesel, in the middle of the skiing, hiking, action and recreation area, surrounded by numerous hiking trails, trails, ski and cross-country ski slopes. Relax after an active day in the national park with the whole family in this rustic and cozy place to stay on the edge of the forest. Throughout the year, the nature of the Bavarian Forest invites you to explore it. Hiking trails are right at your doorstep. Extended tours are just as possible as Nordic walking, snowshoeing in winter, or easy walks. Look for mushrooms in the fall and enjoy the snow in the winter. Cross-country ski trails are on site when there is sufficient snow.

Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Our apartment is modernly furnished in the style of the forest and equipped to a high standard. The spacious living room has a bay window with built-in, cozy corner bench, spacious upholstered corner, smart LED 55" TV and a fireplace light. The kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic range and fridge-freezer combination is fully equipped. The two separate bedrooms have high-quality box-spring double beds and in the bathroom you will find a freestanding bathtub.

A shopping center, as well as restaurants and shops for daily needs are within walking distance. Directly behind the house some hiking trails start.
