The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Close to the Q2, The Domain & Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you are coming to town for a Moody Center concert, the home is about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious with 4 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens & 1 single) and 3 bathrooms. The pool and hot tub are available all year but the pool is warm from May to October. This is a great place to relax.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in Dripping Springs! Our home is located about 11 minutes from downtown Dripping Springs and about 12 minutes from beautiful Hamilton Pool Preserve. We are a close distance to many wineries, breweries, and distilleries. The back yard has an amazing view of the hill country! Gatherings for events are an option but pre approval is required.
