Old renovated farmhouse 300 meters from the sea

Our farmhouse is a 120 sqm vacation home located in the northwest of Sardinia, just 300 meters from the sea. Completely renovated in 2020, it can accommodate up to 9 people without compromising anyone's free space. It has a large outdoor garden of 4000 square meters, private entrance and parking. The interior consists of a living area (open space) with a fireplace and a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Casa Ichnusa is a charming single-family holiday home located overlooking the sea in the bay of sunsets. It offers every kind of comfort and is the ideal choice for those looking for a quiet stay in the heart of nature, feeling like on a ship in the middle of the sea, and with all the services nearby. Our house is located in a wonderful and quiet residence nestled in the typical rock of Capo Falcone. The view is on the beautiful sea of the furry beach. Inside the residence you can leave the car without problems and walk to the sea in 5 minutes or the cliff behind the house that offers the possibility of both swimming in a landscape that seems almost lunar. We also have a new communal swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September!!
