Come enjoy a tranquil getaway at this charming and recently renovated home with stunning views of Il Lago Di Bomba located in the medieval village of Colledimezzo, Italy. Casa Querencia is the perfect spot for a relaxing escape. This bright and cozy space is a beautiful 3 floor home with modern amenities situated in the historic center of town with 3 bedrooms, an office, an open floor plan, a brand new kitchen, a balcony with a view, and an open terrace for outdoor enjoyment.

The house, located in the historic heart of Termoli. Inside you will find a small bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with Netflix! At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, minibar, and a part set up only for breakfast with a capsule coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle for tea. There is also a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed.

The apartment is in a historic building, with the original brick vaults, just outside the village walls. It consists of a large living area, with equipped kitchen, sofa bed and table, and sleeping area with double bed. The bathroom has been recently renovated, as has the kitchen. Located in the parallel of the main street with its restaurants, bars, and shops. Beaches and shores are within a 5-minute walk, as is the marina for boarding to the Tremiti Islands.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
