This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. This house is a real gem. It is located right at the sea. There are stones in front of it but you can go swimming, if you want. On both sides approx. 5-10 min are very nice sandy beaches. The view is amazing and we had super nice sunsets. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is maritime and quite cute. It was really peaceful and we had a great time. There are a couple of restaurants in the village as well as shops and even fish shop. We were there at the end of May. Many shops and restaurants were still closed but 20 min by car there is a bigger town where you have everything. We really enjoyed our stay. If you look for peace and quiet - book this lovely house! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Luigi’s place! It is located in a quiet and local area about a 10-minute walk from the old town, making it the perfect location for Lecce. The place is spacious with plenty of amenities - full kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The bed was comfortable and we had great night sleeps with the fan. The best part had to be the pool and outdoor area! We loved breaking up the hot days with a couple hours in the pool each day. We stayed there as a couple but there was plenty of space for a big family or friends. The bonus was having accessible parking outside the house - while not part of the property, we had no trouble finding some each day. The hosts had fantastic communication too, making check-in seamless and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d definitely love to stay again if we were in Lecce in the future!

Masseria a Libeccio is a corner of paradise and relaxation, immersed in the Apulian countryside, a short walk from a wonderful sea and an uncrowded beach. The outdoor shower, barbecue area and vegetable garden available are really appreciated. The pool, accessible 24 hours a day, completes a “luxury” but never formal experience. Lastly, Antonio, the welcoming host. The only flaw is not being able to stay a few more days, but it's definitely a goodbye!

We had a marvelous time at Trulli Oleander. It was so peaceful and tranquil after being in Rome for 5 days. It’s a great base to see Materi ( I probably would have stayed in Materi overnight it’s 1.5 hour drive), Alberobello (40 minutes), Ostuni (20 minutes), Bari (50 minutes), and Monopoli (40 minutes). Only 5 minutes to Ceglie Messipecca which has some fabulous restaurants. The swimming pool was refreshing with the beautiful backyard. The house is spotless and comfortable. The host left us some olive oil from their harvest which was delicious. We wish there was some salt, pepper and basic seasonings to cook with. We bought a couple so we could enjoy cooking our dinners, but not an issue. It was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend a stay here.

Great accommodation 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach and not even 1 km from the most beautiful beach at the mouth of the Borraco River (which we reached on foot and which I highly recommend). Quiet location and secluded from the main road 3/4 km from Campomarino or the center of s. Pietro, indoor and/or outdoor parking space. Apartment with 2 bedrooms (6 beds tot, equipped with everything you need: climat., outdoor shower, washing machine, TV, 2 fridge, wifi (not very fast - only dishwasher is missing). Great outdoor space with covered/sheltered veranda with relaxation space and full kitchen. Luigi was very kind, quick to communicate and present if needed. There are no shops nearby, you need the car, but it wasn't a problem. Nearby beaches are not equipped, but there is always space on Saturdays and Sundays when they are busiest. We stayed at the end of August 2024, we had a great time.
