House near Rome with Beautiful Views and Pool

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Thanks to this strategically located space, you can also get to Rome in just 40 minutes by bus in front of the house. The apartment is located on the main street of Genzano di Roma, a village in the Castelli Romani (see photo). The construction of the property was carried out in 2022.
