Holiday rentals with beach access in Specchiolla

Apartment strategically located a few hundred meters from the center and in front of the descent to Cala Paura , easy to reach and located in a quiet and quiet area. The apartment is modern and matches what was described. For me, it's ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in Polignano. Friendly, responsive, and thoughtful host, he also gave us great advice . Recommended.

My sister in jaw and I just spent 4 nights at Appartamento Saul mare, hosted by Livia and what a beautiful stay it was! An impeccably clean, spacious unit that was a very easy walk to all the nearby attractions. Livia was in contact with us and answered any questions we had promptly and with warmth. She provided suggestions for local restaurants and a taxi service. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely accomodation. There was the gift of a bottle of wine, a beer and a Pepsi in the fridge. Along with a little crocheted gift from her Mum. Thank you Livia for a wonderful stay.

My family of 5 (2 kids, 1 baby, 2 adults) needed a getaway from Germany’s cold winter and staying at Simonetta’s apartment was the perfect escape! We were greeted on the night we arrived and checked in on throughout our weeklong stay. The house was squeaky clean, spacious, had amazing beautiful views, and was extremely walkable to anything we may have needed. She went above and beyond In listing all of the services and amenities that were offered, she even had a cake delivered for my husband’s birthday that week. It was so delicious and such a nice surprise for him! She was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any and all inquiries. There’s a grocery store across the building that made getting snacks and things to cook for my family so easy. The apartment patio is incredible! We all enjoyed soaking up the sun and watching the ocean and spent most of our time there. We would 100% stay in the apartment again and loved our vacation in Monopoli <3

Antonio place matched the description. The terrace was very large and beautiful wrapping around the living room with large screen windows showing beautiful sea views. The host was very friendly and communicative.

I just cannot describe how much of a paradise this house/location is. Rossa and her father were extremely kind and helpful. Gifts, great smiles and availability. Everything clean and tidy. The house is equipped with everything we need to be comfortable. Restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. The outside shower is delicious. The location is priceless. The amount of peace that we got there cannot be described. Please, don’t change your mind about being WiFi free!!! We will surely be back.

apartment very close to the beautiful Punta Prosciutto beach. Small but equipped with every comfort such as air conditioning and washing machine. The outdoor tap to clean off the sand and wash the dog after the bath was much appreciated. Daniele is a fantastic host, always available for any questions or information, flexible for both check-in and check-out. Essential private place in a very appreciated area! The accommodation is comfortable, on a quiet street, very well equipped even if it may be missing a microwave... the beds are very comfortable, everything was clean, provision of umbrellas for the beach and bicycles for the whole family. It should be noted that you will not be able to soak up the sun on the terrace, so the orientation of the accommodation is not suitable. However, it should be very appreciated in the middle of summer. Thanks Luigi, we'll be back!

Although we arrived late, check-in was completely hassle-free - as was check-out. Giovanni was always available and responded quickly and always found a good solution when we had questions. We felt very comfortable, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a huge terrace with sea views where we could enjoy our breakfast. The mattress in the bedroom was impeccable, so we could sleep well. The apartment is centrally located yet quietly in a side street - you can quickly walk to the city and the sea. Giovanni and his wife Francesca are very friendly and helpful hosts. We can recommend the apartment 100%

Giulia's accommodation impressed us above all for its location: the sea near the house within walking distance in a few minutes is beautiful! Crystal clear waters, snorkeling opportunities but also easily accessible beaches with simple water access! The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and amenities: spacious with double bathroom and a beautiful terrace where you can dine and entertain. In addition, in a short time you can reach beautiful cities to visit such as Monopoli, Polignano and Ostuni; in short, super strategic, super convenient and super recommended! Finally, Giulia is a kind and helpful host, she accommodated our check-in and check-out needs and for this we thank her so much! We will definitely be back!

We have had an incredible 3-night stay at Silvia’s place in Polignano a Mare! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and located just steps away from the breathtaking cliffside. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. Silvia was warm, responsive, and prepared coffee, fruits and water for us. Waking up to the sea breeze and enjoying coffee every morning. Polignano a Mare is truly magical, and this stay made it even more special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, picturesque getaway in Puglia!
