Just stayed here with my family (2 adults and 2 kids). We really enjoyed our stay! It was nice and clean, and location was great. The house is spacious and makes you feel right at home. We also took advantage of the park right across the street which was great to let the kids run around and I took nightly walks in the park for exercise. We would definitely consider staying here again if we’re ever back in the area. Thank you!

Chris and Valerie's Loft at Chateau Ianuario is a terrific place to stay. Everything was as described. They are very responsive. There was a storm that rolled through and knocked the power out. They were quick to reach out and let me know that that was rare and that they had contacted the power company. Chris was also there quickly to make sure that I had candles and a flashlight. Could not have asked for things to have been handled any better. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay at David's studio apartment, and it never disappoints. It is the perfect location for anyone competing at the Foothills Equestrian and Nature Center (FENCE) which holds lots of horse shows (I'm hesitant to say this in case others book it before I can next time!). It is also easy to get in and out of for people with mobility issues (using a walker) - just one small step up from the driveway, otherwise smooth. I only wish I could have tried out some of David's local recommendations for places to see and restaurants - maybe we'll just have to come back for a non-horse-show visit sometime.

Tammy was a wonderful host and very responsive. She even took it upon herself to contact us and let us know we could check in several hours early. Her place was spotless and everything looked practically new. The "house rules" were short, sensible and not burdensome in the least. The kayaks were great fun and a wonderful amenity. It's also a very convenient location to a lot of the area attractions. It's almost right on a section of the Palmetto Trail, which we were there to bike. She even allowed us to store our bikes in the downstairs mud room, which was perfect to keep them secure and out of the way. The surround sound system was a cool amenity as was the huge shower with the multiple shower heads. Great getaway!

Carly is a fantastic host. It's almost as if she were waiting for every message and request, and her response was nearly instantaneous. If you are looking for a quiet, restful place to spend a few days on an actual family farm with all the critters you'd expect, this is the place. You could be as active or passive as you desire. And don't forget to order some of Carly's bagels or cookies, homemade by Carly's daughter, Brooklyn; they are delicious.

We will be back! Adorable place. Walk to everything. Very clean and kitchen is stocked well! One of the best places we have stayed!

Don't hesitate to book this mill loft. Beautifully decorated unit, clean, spacious, quiet. Minimal basics in kitchen. Stayed one night.

We enjoyed our stay at Isabel’s place. Clean place in a quite neighborhood with all amenities mentioned in the listing. Place was easy to find and the check in/check out process was simple. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this place. The location is excellent for accessing great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We had a brief overnight stay while in the area for an event at a friend's house. Hague's place is so lovely that I wish we'd had more time to spend! We appreciated the peaceful natural surroundings, clear communication about parking and accessing the space, ease of check-in and check-out, and the host's attention to making sure we had easy access to bedding for the sofa bed, extra towels, and amenities in the kitchen. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here after our busy wedding weekend and I'm so glad we did. After the first day, we decided to extend our stay another day. The property is beautiful, the family is nice and so are the animals. It was refreshing to live life without technology and just enjoy the serene surroundings. I loved every minute of it, and all of the little details Melodie made time to do. We'll become regulars returning more often in the future. Thanks so much Melodie for being awesome!
