The U-Bahn [subway] and S-Bahn [suburban train] are 5 minutes away. Wi-Fi, Apple TV free. 200 square meters on 2 floors. Large, bright rooms that have been tastefully furnished and offer everything to feel "at home." The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Ideal for trade fair congress visitors, business people, small families.

A comfortable folding bed for two and a couch can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our boat is located in a fenced private area which is monitored by a security service at night. The U-Bahn and buses (e.g. U2 or M45) are a 5-minute walk (U-Ruhleben and U-Olympiastadion). Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. A wooded nature reserve and a small lake invite you to take walks in the area.
