Lovingly designed apartment with a box-spring bed, kitchenette, small shower room with a window and infrared heating, private patio terrace and private entrance in a quiet residential area. The design is that of a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 electric charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after each stay, and the surfaces are disinfected. Check-in/check-out via key box.

If you need to check in before 1600, often that is possible, same for checking out after 1100, however not always and we need to figure it out, just ask :). The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.
