Holiday rentals with lake access in Southport

We really enjoyed our stay in Varsity Lakes! The house was spacious, clean and was a great place for us to stay while we were on the Gold Coast to participate in the Gold Coast running festival. It's only a short drive to a number of restaurants, cafes etc. and also not far from Burleigh Heads, so a good location to make the most of our stay. Larissa was a great host! very responsive and clear on messages. Check in and out was super easy, and we were even able to bring our little dog along with us, which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place if staying on the Gold Coast!

The stay was fantastic, everyone had their own space with private ensuites in pretty much all of the rooms - it’s a beautiful home. The living areas are great. The house has great and thoughtful ammenities. Beautiful surroundings, the stay checked all of our boxes, would highly recommend.

Lindy’s place is always a favourite of ours. This was our second trip and we love this place. Lindy is a great host. No complaints

The location is amazing, right across Pacific Fair Shopping Mall and close to the beach. This worked perfectly for us. The bathrooms and kitchen are great, and the beds are comfortable. Being this close to the Fair also means being close to a busy road. So you hear the traffic, which was not a problem for us. The host is very responsive and helpful, which was great.

Ash's place was very homely and everyone settled in very quickly. The rooms were large and well heated. Showers worked well. Living areas were compartmentalised well so the kids had the tv and the adults could relax in a separate sitting area. The view of the lake was beautiful and we spent some time with the family of resident swans. It was too cold to use the pool. Would have been lovely to take a dip and overlook the lake. We used the BBQ facilities very easily. Would have to purchase own condiments as mentioned the pantry is not fully stocked. Ample parking for 3 cars and with 11 people in the house, it still felt spacious. Ash was also extremely responsive and clear in his instructions. We had a lovely time. Thanks Ash!

We had a beautiful stay at Three Palms Escape. The highlight was definitely the sauna and cold plunge, it was such a perfect way to relax and unwind. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and super comfortable for the whole family. Beautiful location and so much to do in the area. The hosts were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Highly recommend 🤍

The environment was absolutely lovely, and the outdoor space was very comfortable. The bedding was incredibly soft – I usually struggle with insomnia, but I slept really well during my stay. Absolutely Stunning Stay! We had an amazing holiday at this beautifully presented Airbnb. The apartment featured modern fixtures and a clean, stylish design that made our stay feel both luxurious and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the incredible beachfront view - waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunrise from the balcony was unforgettable. The location is also incredibly convenient, just a short walk to shops, cafes, and everything you need. A special mention to our host, Yogi, who was fantastic throughout - communication was clear, friendly, and responsive, which made everything so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay - highly recommend and would love to return!

Lovely apartment complex. Easily walkable to Tugun and the beach. Anne is very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Accidentally I chose the right time of year to visit Kingscliff, which was wonderful!!- not too many people about, peaceful, calm and beautiful. Loved watching the Pelicans on the river sitting out in the garden area. The smell of the sea air delicious! The unit fantastic with so many useful amenities …. I didn’t want to leave!! . Steve very patient with the non technical brain!!

Very spacious apartment with great outlook. With the balcony area feels like a penthouse. Well stocked and made the stay with family very easy

Great place to stay was there for a week while I was on holidays on Gold Coast every thing u need like shops was in walking distance and when I neeedes any info Paulo replied in a good timely manner and was well informed me about getting into the apartment

Great space for our family. Unit was lovely and comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need. Convenient location but building needs work and had some questionable guests. The unit itself…….delightful 😁

Great location at a great price. Bathroom and half bath was perfect for two couples. Secure park under the building was great.
