Beachfront holiday rental in Southeast Rural District

The tiny house was extremely clean and welcoming, it’s cozy and comfortable! I was traveling by myself and the space was just perfect. It’s close to the beach and the wharf, in a cute little neighborhood! I was able to make little bonfire at night, which I really enjoy while on vacation! Jessica was quick to respond when I had questions, and friendly ! Would recommend a 100% and would go back if I go to that area again!

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s Airbnb! The house was a perfect space to visit with family and enjoy our time together! It was a cozy, comfortable stay during the winter, we will definitely be back again to enjoy this spot in the summer!

Last minute vacation after a challenging year of ill health. The cottage is located on the second street from the waterfront and beach near the Pointe-du-Chêne marina. We went often to the marina where there are a couple of restaurants/patios and a few shops. We did not go to Parlee Beach because the beach near the cottage met our needs. The cottage was very clean and as described. Our hosts were easy to reach and very pleasant to deal with. Strongly recommended not to mention in a great location of Pointe-du-Chene. We definitely plan to return. Thank for a grateful vacation.

this was our second time staying at Norma Jean’s cottage. this time, we needed a quiet place for reflection, healing, and family time after having experienced a death in our family. Norma Jean was very compassion and helpful in helping us get settled into her beautiful home. She was also very responsive when we ran into one challenge with the stove, and got it fixed right away. Our only complaint is that we had to leave too soon because our schedules with us to stay any longer. 🩷 More time in this beautiful location is all we could have wished for.

This Airbnb was just as described: well located with easy access to Parlee Beach, very clean, extremely well equipped and spacious. We appreciated the open plan design of the living room, dining room & kitchen as it was conducive to family mingling, and there is a small yard in the back of the house to enjoy outdoor meals or gather around a fire pit. We appreciated having a beach wagon to carry our small grandchild and/or beach gear to the nearby beach. The owner was quick to respond to messages. Many thanks for a lovely stay!

Had a wonderful time here. The pool was fantastic, spent many hours floating in it. The covered deck a great place to spend time reading and watching birds, and the newly-renovated bathroom made me jealous! The property is large, my dog had a good time exploring. The sound of geese and ducks spendig the night on the beach lulled us to sleep. The house is a very short drive from Shediac main street, lots of restaurants and grocery shops and places to walk. The only downside I found to the place is at low tide, if the wind is in the right direction, there can be a sulphur smell outside. The smell doesn't last long and doesn't make it inside the house. Lauren was very helpful and quick in communications. Overall I'd highly recommend this place.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was not only spotless but also beautifully decorated. We created so many wonderful memories here, and the location couldn't have been better – just a short 10-minute walk to Parlee Beach. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to keep our car parked past checkout so we could enjoy one last trip to the beach without the parking fees. This thoughtful gesture truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a comfortable and unforgettable getaway!

Communication with Nicole was always pleasant, quick and efficient. Same with Suzanne, the person on site. The studio is confirmed as described. Very good place to stay to enjoy Shediac and the surrounding area.

Small rustic cottage for couple. Small rooms. Quiet place with a beautiful view of the water. Close to beaches and restaurants. Pleasant veranda. When the tide is at low tide, it's nice to walk there. Technology is too advanced for us. So we didn't know if we could use the TV. Would have appreciated it if the BBQ was outside and ready to be used. The bathroom and shower bath are tiny and worth refreshing. We didn't miss anything. Instructions rather in English. They would have appreciated them in French. We recommend this chalet without hesitation.

Nice cottage, clean and well-equipped. The hosts are super accommodating, we had an 18-month-old baby with us, they provided us with a high chair and park. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven.

Nathalie was a wonderful host and very responsive. The chalet was the most well appointed we have been to and had everything we needed and more. The surrounding views are stunning and it was so peaceful and relaxing for our family of 6. This was the first time we visited New Brunswick from the US. We visited Bay of Fundy and it was an easy drive from Cap Pele. We would love to return to the area just to spend more time at this chalet.

We enjoyed our stay very much! A very close walk to the amazing Parlee beach - it doesn't get any better than this little sweet spot. We enjoyed using the fire pit and also the recommendations of the restaurants. We hope to be back next year!

The property is simply beautiful. It's hard to put into words how amazing the location is. Private and pristine; the birds, the sound of the waves, the ocean air.. it all felt like we were in a beautiful movie or beach novel. We were comfortable inside with everything we could need. The living space was very clean and cozy. We were comfortable outside (even though our first night was rainy) with lots of seating and a covered wrap-around deck and screened-in section. There is a beautifully lit sitting area near the water. The trail to the ocean covers the views, and I can't fail to mention the sunsets. They are a must-see! The kayaks, ping pong table, and other games and puzzles are such nice touches. Throughout our stay, the co-host was extremely friendly, responsive and attentive to our needs, A+. There are not enough characters available to leave the best review but we HIGHLY recommend this property. We will be back!

Beautiful, quiet area in April. Loudest sounds were of the waves and birds along the shoreline. Will be booking this area during warmer days. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful to see every day.

Charming little cottage with private beach access. The water view is incredible and very peaceful corner. The house is cozy, and there is everything for cooking and the BBQ. The host is very kind and we had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend it for a beautiful beach holiday.
