The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. The Magic House, circa 1909, is in the heart of a peaceful, charming restaurant and boutique district, 3 blocks to SE Hawthorne and Division, 15 mins to Airport, Convention Center and Downtown.
