The light-filled barn has two large patio doors into a substantial living and entertaining area with a large sectional sofa-bed, a dining table for 10 and adjacent kitchen area with an island. Back for our second season in 2026. Located at the edge of our woodland, this 200-year-old former barn has recently been completely renovated. It provides a quiet, cozy, bright, private STUDIO space ideal for a single visitor or couple. The property offers a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and central air/heat. Peacefulland centrally-located 5 minutes away driving from shopping , Restaurants, Downtown. Near Lake Zoar, KettleTown State Park 3 minutes from 1-84 Highway. There’s a grill, guest needs to fill gas tank Garage is not include. Just a quick note to let everyone know that my wife and I live in a separate in-law apartment next to the property where you’ll be staying but Everything is completely private and separate, so your privacy is guaranteed.

New large studio on secluded property at the end of the country road. Surrounded by trees and across the river from the National Audubon, bird sanctuary. 5 minutes from I-84. 4 minutes from town and 1 hour from Manhattan. Private, peaceful and restful. A private entrance to your studio located at the top of a hill. Surrounded by trees. Tranquility can be found. We are located near the Antique trail of Southbury. Its a 25 min ride to Danbury or 20 min ride to Waterbury. Just under 2 hours to NYC. And a little over 2 hours to Boston. We can provide a daily clean at an additional cost. They are grocery stores, TJ. Maxx and Starbucks within minutes.
