You will feel like you are out of the city! It is locatedat at the best point of Ipanema's beach, and it is just one block away from it. The house is also close to banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, and good restaurants. House #1 in Villa Ipanema is perfect to 3 people but can accommodate up to 4. It has a bedroom separeted of the living room. 1- At the bedroom there is a double bed and air conditioning, 2- At the living room there is a ceiling fan, a cable TV, with a 40" TV and a comfortable sofa-bed. The house also has two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a laundry with a tank.
