Holiday rentals with a patio in South Tangerang

Honestly, this is a perfect place to stay for a group of 5 (since they got 3 separate bedrooms & 2 bathrooms). Comfortable and clean living room & dining room (as per photo). The air conditioner and the 2 door refrigerator works well. Bathroom with hot water ✅. They provide us a water dispenser (cold & hot); even with extra gallons (don’t need to worry about drinks). ❤️ Strategic location near malls, eateries, shopping places. There is a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a hairdryer. 📲 Self Check-in/out via Paxel Box, it is better to make an appointment for check-in & check-out time 1 day before, so that the host can be on(line) standby to provide the QR Code (because there is a time limit). The host is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended, hopefully can stay again in the future. Thank you for the kind hospitality 🌷🤝🙌🏻

good place to stay, clean

Unit is clean and well maintained, air conditioning and hot water are working well. Direct access to pool and Gym. Make you feel at home. Close to Gading serpong Mall, many restaurants and cafes around it. Host is responsive.

I came here for a family vacation and it turned out that everyone really liked the place, the AC worked well, the water was smooth, the place was clean and tidy. The place was very comfortable and the apartment facilities were complete and it also felt shady because it was surrounded by many trees. I will stay here again when I go to Jakarta. Thank you Siska for always fast respond when I ask something, you’re very helpful.

It was a wonderful experience. All of the facilities work properly ie. microwave, water heater, cool AC. There was spare water gallon, amenities like toothbrush, soap, and shampoo, and the coffee and tea. The bedsheets and towels are clean white. And there are sufficient clean blanket too. More importantly, the check in and check out process were very easy. Rani was responsive so there's no waiting period to handover the key during check in and check out.

Great stay overall

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Jeff and Marissa were wonderful hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really loved the cozy, quiet neighborhood, it was one of our favorite things! The house was just right for our small family and made our stay very comfortable.

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

Recommended place for staycation with friends! 💖 (suitable for 3 people). We book the unit including suddenly, but the host is fortunately communicative & very fast response so the booking process is also fast ✨ The check-in instructions by Susan were also smooth without a hitch. The instructions were clear and detail. We request for early check-in & late check-out is also allowed 🥺 There is free access to the pool & gym on the 1st floor. There are also minimarkets, laundry & coffee shops right near the lobby. Need to shop for more complete snacks/ingredients? There is also Indomaret in different towers. Cooking utensils are quite complete/simple cooking. There is also a mini rice cooker, electric stove, electric teapot, microwave! Toiletries are also provided with towels, body wash & shampoo. There is also a water heater, hairdryer & iron. Comfortable beds +there is a smart tv so you can movie marathon all day ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Sis Susan's Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

Had a great stay at the apartment. I booked it last minute due to another hotel cancellation. Revy quickly messaged me once I booked the place, and she gave me clear instructions on how to get access and also kept me posted on the progress,s given it was a last-minute booking. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was homey, clean, had good surroundings. The internet was stable, complete amenities, and very private at the same time. the apartment unit is as pictured, very clean, the design makes the children very happy, we can use all the facilities in the apartment and the staff from San Living are very responsive and helpful whenever there are questions or requests from us, access to the mall is also very very close, just go down from the apartment and directly enter the mall Thank you so much for the comfortable,clean and beautiful view of the residence during 5D4N
