Short 3 minute drive or around 15 minute walk to MovieWorld, Top Golf, McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, eateries etc. 10min drive to Dreamworld, 20 mins to Surfers Paradise & Mt. Tamborine. Set on over 1 acre of land the area is private yet attached to the main residence of host, you have your own front door & parking spot. The en-suite bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.

This Studio is a spacious self contained room separate from the main house, guaranteeing perfect privacy. There is a kitchenette and a shower room with wc.
