Coffee shops and a market are within walking distance of the house. It's a 10-minute drive to downtown and half an hour to world-class ski resorts. If you have a car, you can park directly in front. Uber and Lyft are also available, as well as a good public transport system, with a bus stop half a block away This is a separate entrance, completely private basement apartment. There may be occasional noise from upstairs, but nothing that will affect your serenity. Please be conscious & courteous of your upstairs neighbors as well.
