Philipsburg (capital of the Dutch side of the island) 5 minutes. Simpson Bay (lively entertainment area) 8 minutes. Marigot (capital of the French side of the island) 10 minutes . Just come down to Terraces, breath in the ocean air and feel the amazing breeze that refreshes our property.
