As the sun dips low, evening beach walks capture the easy rhythm of South O life, where the day winds down with good food, good company & a craft beer or two — all part of the effortless charm this neighborhood is known for.

This highly upgraded 1400 sqft unit, is 8-min walk to beach/restaurants.  2-master suites, A/C, full kitchen, pivate double garage/patio , 4-bch bikes/chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. .  Height chair, pack/play on request.   Queen bed in one master, and two queens in the second. This is the top floor of a duplex, and I try to keep a peaceful environment, so please do not book if your group is on the loud side.

A cozy Writer's Cottage retreat surrounded by a garden as well as views of trees and mountains. This cottage is ideal for 1-3 people looking to relax and unwind in a quiet neighborhood. About 1 mile to closest beach access. Pet friendly environment (private front yard completely fenced in). We also have a larger place called Coastal Retreat for 3-4 people comfortably.
