House holiday rentals in South Miami Heights

Stayed in April and the weather was perfect and the pool was clean. All pictures accurate to the apartment description and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Clean towels and linens available. Temperature inside was perfect. No complaints about our stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at Lesliet’s beautiful home! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. From the thoughtful touches to the peaceful atmosphere, it truly felt like a home away from home.

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! Everything from the instructions for checkin and out from the host to the beautiful house and location was above and beyond. The houae is so perfect and you truly feel like you are in Paradise everyday! The sunrise and sunset are breathtaking from the deck/dock. ALL of the advertised pictures are exactly what to expect but even better in person. I enjoyed the pool as much as sitting on the deck and dock. Our son is 12 and a fisherman and he was able to fish from sun up to sundown! Our family will be returning hopefully several more times! Central location for the activities we wanted to do: visit the Keys, Miami, and Everglades. some good restaurants nearby our favorite was the Brazilian Steak House. The back yard with pool. tub and BBQ was out favorite part of the house for our three teenagers

The house was a cute comfortable place. Straight forward check-in and checkout. The host was very responsive. All I needed for my stay

My family traveled to Miami for my son's college graduation and this place was perfect! It was roomy enough for everyone to have their own space but cozy enough for us all to gather for dinner or chatting. The best part was Nadia's responsiveness! We had a change of plans and needed to move his graduation bbq to the property and not only did Nadia allow this (for a very reasonable fee) but she also came to the property with very short notice and provided decorations that she helped set up! My family enjoyed the property and I definitely plan to book again the next time I am in the area!

Ernesto’s spot is very accessible if you want to visit the Everglades & Biscayne National Parks. It’s in a secure neighborhood (if you’re luck you’ll come across some cute little kittens!) he was very responsive and the spot was perfect for one person coming just for a good night sleep!!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed the pool and the backyard oasis. Necip is a great host. He was very responsive. We would stay here again.

The home was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. There were a lot of personal touches in the home that were very much appreciated from the slippers, the kitchen tools, the complementary water and wine. The space was perfect, the room on the main floor was perfect for my mother. It was just overall a great experience in this home. Ailyn was very responsive and kind. I will definitely book this place again when I come back to Miami.

Great stay! As long as you follow the rules, you’ll have a pleasant experience. The house was beautiful and I would go back for sure. The only minor downside was the lack of washcloths, but it wasn’t a big issue—I picked some up and left them behind for future guests.

Highly recommended! The place was clean and cozy, community was great.

We have a few minor things happen with the showers not draining but mind you we literally had 7-8 inches of rain in 2 days while there it was insane but they responded immediately and there was someone there to fix it immediately. It is a very peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful canal in the Back, we enjoyed a little fishing as well. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of room! This place was perfect for celebrating a Bachelorette trip. We wanted to stay somewhere safe that wasn’t too far from south beach. It was perfect. We spent so much of our time just hanging out here because there was so much to do just in the house. A truly amazing weekend and could’ve have asked for anything better. Ana was awesome! Would 10/10 rent again

We had a tremendous stay for 2 weeks at Vivian’s home. She was a wonderful host who was incredibly responsive to my questions and was so helpful.

This is a great house to stay in! My family and I we all enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is fully stocked and the house itself is very spacious. The outdoor space is really nice and the pool was so much fun. Samy is also a great host, always making sure we felt welcome and very responsive
