Tempat sangat oke untuk tinggal rame-rame, apalagi unit memiliki 3 kamar. Fasilitas yg diberikan juga oke sekali. jadi harga sangat sesuai dengan apa yg diberikan. Tuan rumah juga sangat membantu sekali

overall oke.. service yg fast respon sekali. unit bersih sayang saat memasuki unit bau toilet dan sprei sedikit apek mungkin karena unit baru dan laundry sprei sudah lama.. tinggal beli bbrp pewangi yang banyak dan dikasih spray linen semua wangi kembali. sedikit masukan ada bbrp barang dan perintilan unit yg sbaiknya ditambahkan. agar unit kelihatan lebih menarik. terimakasih banyak Bp. MS yang selalu sigap!

Secara keseluruhan, saya memiliki pengalaman hebat dengan Pappilukas, Ruangan yg indah, bersih, dan sempurna untuk merayakan akhir pekan. Pemilik sangat membantu saat ada kendala. Saya pasti akan kembali lagi. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice place to stay with family on weekends, quite clean and the cleaner standby on call, so far its a pleasent place to stay

house is good. ada playground sesuai foto, anak2 suka. ada dapur, 3 kmr tidur, 3 kmr mandi. tidak ada washing machine and dryer. overall good. kondisi kamar dan lain2 baik, rapi. thank you so much. ada pool di kompleks. playgroundnya anak2 suka main. ada masak2an, perosotan , kolam bola,ada buku2, ada theater kecil untuk nonton. bunk bed di 2 kmr.

We stayed at this villa during a busy period / long weekend, and it was the only one available at the time. The space was a bit small for our group since we were traveling with quite a few people, but overall, the villa was okay and matched the price point — you really get what you pay for. One thing I really appreciated was the flexibility from Mr. Gunawan, who kindly allowed us a late check-out, which made our departure much more convenient. Thank you for the hospitality!

Sangat senang akhirnya Menemukan villa dengan fasilitas nyaman dan lengkap di area Tangerang.. yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kami. Kamar besar-besar .. pool cantik dan menarik untuk sebuah acara private limited party. Mereka juga mem-provide BBQ dan Breakfast yang enak. Jika butuh es batu untuk acara, bisa order dulu sebelum check in. Mereka juga akan membantu menyediakannya. Owner sangat ramah dan membantu menjelaskan banyak hal.

I had a great stay at Yussy Place. Check in was easy and the place was so cute, nice view and perfect for couples. your location is great with the mall just second from you and great outside area. In future I would definitely return to stay here.

Adorable Ghibli-themed apartment! We’re greeted by Kiki’s bread stall, there’s a tottoro inspired bus stop setup in the living room, and the bathroom has total Ponyo vibes. So cute! The projector’s cool but a TV might be simpler (maybe just keep the projector as an extra) Host was super responsive and kind, btw!

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, complete, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, only few mins to AEON Mall... The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Would happily return!

We truly enjoyed our final days in Jakarta at Jess’s place. The apartment had a beautiful view overlooking PIK and came fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. Jessica was also incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
