Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Sudah yang kedua kali nya menginap di apartemen ini. Pak Efri sangat komunikatif. Sejauh ini kami tidur nyaman dan ternyata bisa parkir gratis. Beberapa hal bisa ditingkatkan lagi agar tambah betah menginap di sini.

We enjoy staying at Mr. Adhitya's place, he gives us amazing hospitality and the apartment is super comfy, clean, and ideal for 4 people because it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is located in a very strategic location because is so close to the Bni City station, Gambir station, and Indonesia Arena. Mr. Adhitya even let us check in early and the apartment fully utilized anything we needed.

Had a great stay! Paska was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment itself is really stylish and comfortable. Best part - it’s connected to the mall, so it only took a couple of minutes to grab food. Super convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Tata letak nya mengingatkan jaman masih ngekos, so homey🤍 Mungkin sekedar saran utilities nya bisa dilengkapi lagi. hal2 kecil seperti setrika, garam, minyak, air mineral.. sehingga makin memudahkan kita sekali🤍 Bakal jadi salah satu tempat untuk kembali menginap disini. The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

Such a great place to stay, definitely will come back later.

The room is very comfy and full of needed facility. Affordable stay for 4 persons to squeeze in. We are 3 person, 1 person on the sofa bed is comfortable enough. They have familymart, kopi kenangan, canteen, and shipping expedition nearby the building. Check in was very easy. We didn’t make it to the pool but i bet that will be perfect to tru while staying with family. Afril is a very informative person, thay for the place!
