The Annex at Giggleswick is a spacious, self contained apartment on the edge of the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located in the ancient village of Doynton, Apple Tree is a little gem if you want peace and quiet but, want to be within a short drive of Bath (15min), Bristol (20min) and the Cotswolds. The cottage is beautifully converted, with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The countryside is outside the door and a 2min walk, a fantastic food pub - The Cross House. With the Cotswolds on your doorstep, places such as Westonbirt Arboretum, Badminton and Dyhram Park (NT) are a short drive.

Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

Roylands Farm Cottage is located on a working farm, surrounded by countryside yet easy access to motorway networks. Ideally located for exploring Bristol and surrounding areas. The property allows sole use of entire house. The property has 5 bedrooms, four with en-suites, a family bathroom, a lounge with conservatory, Kitchen dinner with all cooking facilities available. A large private garden, with outdoor seating, BBQ and pizza oven for you to enjoy. Ample off road parking.

Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.

Gilliflower is one of 3 stables, on our Grade 2 listed farm. It is situated on a quiet, secluded yard next to Elstar and Russet, with off street gated parking. Gilliflower overlooks our fields where our Llamas, Alpacas and horses live. Perfectly located for Yate, Badminton, Bristol, walks in the Cotswolds and their beautiful villages and slightly further afield Bath, Cheltenham.
