Beachfront holiday rental in South District

Great little place across the street from the beach, with a number of nice restaurants right outside. Cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others!

זו הפעם השלישית שאני מתארח אצל אוראל דירות נופש ואף פעם לא התאכזבתי, הדירות משופצות ברמה גבוהה, הניקיון יסודי מאוד, והאירוח של אוראל תמיד מעל הציפיה. אוראל תמיד זמין ומיד דואג לכל מה שהיינו צריכים. ממליץ בחום להתארח אצל אוראל דירות נופש.

My daughter lives in Ashdod and Laurette was very willing to communicate and work with my daughter so that my arrival was smooth, seamless and thus very easy. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The location was perfect for me, with everything that I needed (shopping, beach etc) within a short walking distance. I would most definitely consider Laurette's airbnb when I am planning my next trip to Israel.

Wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse mit herrlichen Blick auf den Strand. Man fühlt sich gleich sehr wohl. Viele Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung ist für einen Aufenthalt in Ashkelon definitiv zu empfehlen!

Wow! Wow! Wow! was what I and others that came to visit me said as soon as they walked through the door. the scenery of the Mediterranean sea is stunning! Spacious and clean and very well equipped. i have no hesitation to recommend this apartment for a luxury stay. Thank you Haimy, you have done a wonderful job

ביקורת ליאכטה של דור: נהנינו מאוד מהאירוח אצל דור! היאכטה הייתה מקסימה, מרווחת, נעימה ומאובזרת עד הפרט האחרון. אפילו כשהייתה לנו בעיה קטנה – דור היה זמין, סבלני ודאג לפתור אותה עד הסוף. החדרים היו נוחים, האווירה הייתה מרגשת והילדים פשוט לא רצו לרדת מהיאכטה. חוויה נהדרת, שירות מצוין והמון כיף. מומלץ בחום!

I visit this area regularly to see family and Amos’ home was by far the best experience I’ve had in Ashkelon! Amos was an excellent communicator and was always ready to help with whatever we needed. The location was excellent and the accommodations felt comfortable for our family. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come visit!

Iris is a wonderful host and the apartment is beautifully set up, in a great location, with a delightful view balcony. Compact apartment with a well organized kitchenette and supplies. Iris is a super friendly and responsive host and was able to help guide us in for easier parking, and answer any questions quickly. Amazing location ! - very very close to beach and next door to the Marina and all its restaurants and shops . We highly recommend Iris’ Apartment for your stay in Ashkelon!

We stayed at Eli’s house and it was perfect, two families with kids. the place is better than the pictures, perfect location the neighborhood is lovely, very close to the beaches and the center. We had everything we needed at the house. The pool and the jacuzzi is great. Elie and Laurent was super responsive and helpful with all our requests. We will definitely come back. Thee place is small but cosy with two bedrooms perfect for families. The location is superb within the walking distance from marina and beaches, plenty of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Excellent host very quick responses and was willing to meet our request for a change in cancellation policy. Highly recommend the apartment and Shoshana as the host.

Добрый день! Прекрасное жилье. Расположено на вилле. Тихо и спокойно. Вблизи от моря. В пешей доступности. В квартире все было чисто . Всё необходимое было в наличии. Очень рекомендую ! Отличный хозяин. Не беспокоит по пустякам

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Everything we needed for our stay was included (extra towels, shampoo/conditioner, welcome wine, even bathrobes!) The location is excellent—across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, but still quiet. Balcony view of the sea is beautiful, parking space is very convenient to the building, and the host is welcoming, responsive, and flexible. We would return without hesitation.

ישנו בצימר של מיכל 2 לילות. המקום היה ממוקם במיקום מעולה בישוב והיה נקי ומסודר.אזור שקט ופסטורלי. מיכל היתה נעימה מאוד וזמינה לכל שאלה.

As people who visit Ashkelon often, this apartment has the best location for the easiest access to both the beach and the marina. The hosts were incredibly kind, generous and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The apartment itself was comfortable, quiet, and fit our needs for our 15-night visit. But what really made it special was the balcony where every evening we enjoyed stunning sunsets. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to return.
