Holiday rentals with a patio in South Brisbane

We had a great time in Brisbane!! This accomodation is very organised and clean!! Especially, after flight we were tired but when we got there,there were sparkling water, some snacks and muffins 😭❤️those services were very helpful for us 😭then we could use Australian brand’s Asop’s soaps etc ….it was good smell we could refresh!! And some equipments were very high technology !! We were really surprised!! We loved this room , we appreciate for all his support and service!! Thank you very much 🫶

The apartment is in a fantastic inner-city location, making it easy to get around. It was spotless, well fitted out with everything I needed, and having a secure car park was a huge bonus. Andy was responsive and accommodating, and access was very clear with detailed instructions. A comfortable and convenient base for my time in the city – I’d happily stay again.

Great location within walking distance to the train station. Clean and tidy with all the amenities required for a longer stay. Easy to get to the city and show grounds. Would recommend.

Had a wonderful stay here for our first time in Brisbane. Chris was extremely accomodating, the space was beautiful and the views from the apartment were stunning. Will definitely be back next time!

The unit is beautiful and has everything you need for your trip, and their kindness and generosity with their time when orienting us to the space and city was unmatched by anywhere else I have stayed. Mara is a lovely host. She was very helpful prior to arrival liaising with me about the procedure to check in. The apartment is in a great central location and Mara has provided pretty much everything you need for a shortish stay. The only thing I would warn future guests about is the noise from the street and nearby construction (which is happening 24/7) - which Mara has no control over, obviously. The window in the bedroom has zero sound insulation. So I did need to sleep with earplugs. If you are okay with that, it's an excellent spot to stay. Forewarned is forearmed 😊

The place was very clean and comfortable. Has a nice view of the city. I spent the majority of my time on the balcony in the fresh air. I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the city. Beautiful home.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janine’s place. It was clean and comfortable (smelt great too!), and was at a very convenient location. 5min walk to the QUT Kelvin Grove bus station, and another 6-8min bus ride to the CBD. We also had a lovely walk at Victoria Park 10min away. Right downstairs we had Woolworths and lots of food options as well. Balcony had great views too. Janine was very kind to physically welcome us, walked us through where to park and orientated us to our apartment. Overall would highly recommend!

We had a great three night stay at Brett's place. It was an easy drive to the places we wanted to visit and we'll positioned for our departure south west towards Toowoomba. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it to make a few meals at home. We walked up to a local coffee shop a few times and also did a longer walk down to the river, where we caught the RiverCat ferry into Brisbane CBD without having to worry about or pay for parking. The walk back to Brett's place uphill was a bit more challenging but manageable even for us (reasonably fit retirees). Very quiet location in a residential street. We'd be very happy to stay again.

A great stay in one of the best locations in Brisbane. The property is a very short walk to Brisbane’s best shops and restaurants. It was very clean and I loved that the pantry had the staples (oil, salt, pepper) to prepare a meal that is often not included in Airbnbs in 2025. Great value for money.

A local stay that felt like we escaped miles away into the bush. Peaceful surroundings and little luxurious touches such as a beautiful big bath and a gorgeous fireplace. If you’re looking for a romantic escape where everything you need is on hand , you can enjoy home-cooked meals, morning cuppa on a Sunlet veranda, and feel like you’re truly able to relax then this is the place for you.

It was very comfortable and charming and my family had a great time at the house. The decor was gorgeous and we enjoyed exploring the house. The place is very close to the supermarket and we went to Dinner at Sasso, this italian restaurant nearby and their pizza is to die for! My sister really enjoyed the little bar downstairs and overall it was a very pleasant place to stay. Andy was a very responsive host and it was very easy to communicate with him.

Great location, had a wonderful walk to southbank with the fam to see the river view and get dessert. Check in was seamless and Olivia was very accomodating. Clean, and place was home away from home for our 2 families.

What a great place to stay, close to the city and Southbank, had coffee down the road, the house was everything described and our family felt at home. This will be our go to stay for Torian going forward.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was absolutely lovely, clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with fast, friendly responses that made everything feel easy. We also really appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out, which made our trip so much more relaxed. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

place was as described. very responsive when we did not have hot water as the gas tank was empty. Henry came to check and assist. although it was quite a wait and had to postpone some of our itinerary, it was handled well. it was beautiful and calm. worth your money for the serenity. thank you Joy and team!

My parents and I had a marvellous stay at Anissa’s well-considered and long-cultivated homespace highrise rental. The rooms and common spaces were well-curated with conveniences and beauty. For culinary-oriented folks, the kitchen is well equipped and provisioned. For techie-folk, there is an abundance of USB-based charging infrastructure. The only hiccup was a lift (elevator) that was out of order during our first 2 days. This was unforeseeable and no fault at all goes to Anissa. Additionally, Anissa had so many pro-tips (and has good taste). We ate at DooDee Boran which was next door and delicious. The City Botanic Gardens and all of the museums were either walkable or easily accessed via public transportation, ferry/CityCat, or rideshare app from where the apartment is located. I recommend this space for those who appreciate a host who has opened their home to you and cares about your experience while there.

For a long stay, I had every need not only met, but expectations exceeded as a result of my hosts thinking ahead of the extra amenities I would require for a long stay. It was a true home away from home. Jeff was a gentleman. He and the co-hosts present a very thoughtful and comfortable product for guest enjoyment. Woolworths Metro was around the corner and complimented the apartment perfectly. You couldn't find a more convenient location to stay and discover Brisbane by Ferry. the river walks are also breathtaking in Teneriffe. Eating out, cafe culture, and socialising opportunities are plentiful in this area. book this place!

Spacious place in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient location - opposite a supermarket and lots of buses to take you straight to the city. Smooth check in and checkout process.

In this area at this price I would say look no further! A lot of Airbnbs in this 2km radius have lots of negative comments about train noises - Amy’s flat however is in the perfect location and it is so quiet - you honestly don’t hear anything. Everything we needed was available and Amy was very responsive. The baby high chair and cot worked so well for us, and our toddlers enjoyed the space; however we were a bit concerned about the very larger mirror potentially falling or breaking as it didn’t look like it was secured to the wall. Overall a great stay and would book here again.

Really convenient, comfortable apartment walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the ferry. We loved walking along the river with the dog. Would happily stay again

Always a pleasure to stay here. It’s the only place I stay at if it’s available when coming over to Brisbane. My home away from home.
