Mark’s apartment was perfect in every way. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, especially during sunrise when the sunlight filled the home with a beautiful ambiance. The rooftop was a great spot to relax in the evenings during summer, with pleasant weather and occasional cool breezes—perfect for enjoying a drink and unwinding! The artistic décor inside the apartment created a mini-gallery atmosphere, adding to its charm. Our family had a delightful month-long stay at Mark’s place.

Adrian’s apartment is beautifully renovated. Huge space with 3 rooms and a study room. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils and also condiments. Adrian is very responsive and friendly. The location is great. From the back gate, there are minibus and bus stop connecting to Sai kung, Po Lam and rest of the city. Very convenient.

James was a fantastic and extremely responsive host during our two-night stay. Our family of five enjoyed his cozy apartment, which provided an authentic experience of life in Hong Kong. The location next to Times Square was unparalleled, and we had easy access to the MTR, shopping, and restaurants. (Times Square also offers free luggage storage lockers on floors 3, 4, and 8; these were helpful since our flight arrived long before the check-in time.) We appreciated the plentiful power strip adapters, consistent hot water, and high quality toilet paper in the apartment. We would happily stay with James again.

We stayed 4 nights at this apartment as a family of 2 adults and 4 children. What we liked about this apartment is its location - it was easy to get to. Just navigate to the mid level escalators and find the exit near Stauntons bar. Being near Hong Kong/Central MTR stations, it was easy to get around to the various sights and attractions, including walking to the Peak tram station, to the central piers, and to the AirPort Express. It was also near to many food places around. The apartment is a bit small but it’s HK and in the middle of the city, so it’s still acceptable. The apartment is well furnished. The washer and dryer was a godsend. Just that it would be difficult to cook as there’s no knife and chopping board currently. The apartment faces a small street with some bars so the room facing that street can get a little noisy at night. But the other two rooms are quiet. So not an issue unless everyone is a light sleeper. All in all, a great value central location for a stay.
