Holiday rentals with a fire pit in South Australia

We really enjoyed our weekend away here. The cottage has lots of local history and character, with all the mod cons to make it really comfortable. Jacqui was great at communicating to make sure she was ready for our arrival, even lighting the fire for us! Everything was perfect and I’ll definitely stay again! BTW if you haven’t stayed on the Fleurieu Peninsula before, do! There are beautiful walks, delicious food options and charming towns. A highlight for me was walking the scenic beach track from Middleton to Port Elliot, spotting a whale, having a delicious lunch at ‘Crisp’ restaurant and then walking back, a perfect day

A gem, peaceful. fire place indoors made for extra comfort. outdoor bath, was a feature that set this apart from others! comfy bed and little extras like port on arrival, made the Old Milk an instant hit! self check in (and owners who live next door but we're not intrusive, made this getaway perfect for us) will be booking again for sure!!

The house was incredible - exactly as described. 360 views of vineyards, a beautiful yard with fenced pool that was perfect for our young boys to run around and ride bikes, and very comfortable beds. We did a big cook up one night and the kitchen was well equipped. A large indoor dining table and outdoor dining table, and a large family area with big screen tv and lovely warming fireplace. Aircon throughout. On a cold May night it was very cozy! I would highly recommend this property, we were 7 adults and 2 kids and slept here very comfortably.

What an outstanding place! The view was stunning, literally on the beach. We had a wonderful stay, feeling very comfortable with everything we needed close to hand. Couldn't recommend it higher for people looking for a quiet, relaxing escape from the world. Lots of amazing memories made and will definitely be returning for longer next time

Beautiful home, extremely well set up for guests, lovely rural views with some cute alpacas and sheep just over the fence. My 13 year old daughter and I stayed for a week of horse riding instruction nearby and felt so happy to be staying here in this gorgeous spot! We loved the kitchen and laundry facilities, and huge plus for the amazing hamper of breakfast goodies on arrival, as we had not been to the shops yet and has a lovely breakfast of bacon & eggs on first morning. Beds and pillows nice and comfy, and great amount of space in all the bedrooms and living spaces. Convenient to Meadows town with bakery, pub and cafes, and not too far from a supermarket at Mt Barker. We had a very comfortable stay, and would love to come again!

We had a great weekend at Jane's lovely cottage. Checkin was a breeze as we just walked in and the key was waiting for us on the kitchen bench. The interior was well designed and spacious with everything we needed for a quiet getaway. The cottage was just a short drive to Stirling and Hahndorf where we strolled through shops and tried their excellent restaurants under the autumn foliage. All in all, we felt like we have just spent a weekend in a friend's house.

The location was perfect for a weekend touring the Barossa. We enjoyed the use of the fire pit and outdoor spa in the spacious outdoor area with spectacular views. The large blankets were a thoughtful addition.

The place was beautiful, a very relaxing atmosphere. The garden and outdoor bath with the fire pit and outdoor sound system, provided a lovely space to watch the stars with a complimentary wine. Wendy was a great host, super welcoming and accommodating. You won't regret staying here at all!

Our 2 br unit was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Close enough to the town centre - supermarket and cafes and worked well as a base for the rest of the island. Kirsty made contact during our week's stay to make sure we had all we needed and we sure did.

It was a short stay but it was the perfect place to recuperate and was treated to a stunning sunrise across the vines

We had a great stay at Harry’s place. The location is fantastic- 1-2 min walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. We loved being able to swim and enjoy the surroundings. Thank you for providing the thoughtful extra touches for the beach that we had not thought of - beach towels and frisbee! Great to be able to walk to excellent cafes and restaurants. Grange is a really nice part of Adelaide. Love to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kerry's beautiful beach shack. Everything was spotlessly clean, had everything I needed, comfy bed, lovely combustion heater kept it warm at night, great deck for breakfast and reading.

Incredible isolated bush retreat! Cannot recommend enough. Host was so lovely and helpful. Thought of everything down to the small detailed touches on arrival. I’ll be back

After travelling in a campervan for a while it was great to stay in a cosy and inviting space for a couple of nights. Everything as described. Comfortable bed and excellent facilities. The spa was fun. Loved the starry night sky. Thank you.

My friend and I just spent a weekend away at Timothy and Helen's place for some much needed R&R, and it was perfect 👌 The beautifully maintained gardens surrounding the house and views out across the hills with grazing cows and horses 🙏 it was so peaceful and private. Sitting on the super comfy chairs on the deck in the day and down by fire pit at night, we had ourselves a little slice of nature heaven. We were also lucky enough to have had the company of Bazil and his friend the whole weekend, too 💗🐨🌳🐨💗 The house was rustic with so much charm and also super clean with all the finer touches from the comfortable high-quality bed linen to the organic chemical free personal care products in the bathrooms. It's evident that the hosts have put in a lot of work, love, and care into making this place a cosy haven away from home 😊 Far exceeds the photos, highly recommend 😊👌 We will definitely be back when we can. We had a truly wonderful stay at Tea Tree! The space was not only beautifully and thoughtfully designed but also full of charming personal touches that made it feel extra special. It’s clear a lot of care went into creating a welcoming environment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We loved our stay at the Black Shed Retreat. The accommodation was beautiful and spacious, with a great view over the vines.

We loved the view from the cabin, as well as the fireplace in the cold and dark evenings. The hosts were very generous with the amount of firewood they gave us as well as the additional food in the fridge and on the kitchen counter. The animals were also fun to hang out with. The hosts were very friendly and also very responsive so we never felt lost.

Hands down, Craig's place is the most glittering gem in Deep Creek National Park: - nice interior design that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable beds that you are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack till getting up; - quiet and off the grid, but easily accessible to the town; - Flexible check out（upon request） - Facilities just as described, almost brand new, wonderful
