Holiday rentals with beach access in South Asia

We had an amazing 5-day stay at your Apartments in Candolim with our family. The property is exactly as described — calm, beautiful, and with a lovely ambience that truly lives up to its name. The location is excellent — everything you need is within a 5-7 minute walk, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. It made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. A special mention to the caretaker, Lakshman, who was extremely supportive and always available whenever we needed anything. The house owner also regularly checked in to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Goa. Would definitely come back again!

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks as we wanted a relaxing holiday to South Sri Lanka. We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment is in a fabulous location making it very easy to walk to breakfast/dinner and beach front bars in the evening. La belle on the doorstep of the place is great for sunset. Gianluca is a super friendly host, was very helpful, always responding quickly, he also arranged a bike for us for our stay which was very helpful. The apartment was cleaned regularly & we were provided with fresh shower & beach towels. Highly recommend staying here.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had an absolutely stunning view—it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The amenities were top-notch, from the comfy bed and high-quality linens to the well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The host was super responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. This listing was actually the highlight of our trip. Augusteen was friendly and helpful from the get go with recommendations and connections needed for a vacation, all the way up to home cooked food vendors. The place also has close proximity to a beach walk, many cafes and high quality restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children.

We stayed for a week and had such a wonderful time! The beds were super comfortable, and the AC and fans kept the place cool and pleasant throughout our stay. One of our favourite parts was enjoying meals with the amazing view — absolutely stunning! The beach, just steps away, was perfect for children. It was cleaned daily and had lifeguards on patrol, which gave us extra peace of mind. The hosts truly made our stay extra special. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful — like having lovely neighbours or even family nearby. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and even helped arrange and drive us to a fun day trip to a nearby water park. The kitchen was well-equipped for making simple meals, and the bathroom had a great hot shower plus a toddler toilet, which was a big help for our family. We will definitely come back!!

Arlo’s place was perfect for our stay in Hiriketiya. It was great to have our own privacy without sacrificing great location or quality of accommodation!

10/10 amazing host David and team were wonderful, we are coming back here if we ever visit Pondicherry again. Both villas were great. these two are the best properties we found in our < 1 week stay, Appreciate the professional team here this goes a long way makes us feel comfortable and safe and welcomed. besides which the air conditioning was perfect in both the villas. This place is hot, really *really* hot. bathrooms were clean. the villas as a whole as well, usb c power outlets on the first property, on call support, amazing balcony on the first villa, second villa has a pool, These both are beachfront properties. Beach is okay. Not too far from the city center. Instamart servicing was available.

To start with, this house is the perfect getaway for a relaxing yet energizing stay in South Goa. It's located in a prime spot, with beautiful beaches just a short ride away, Palolem is only 4 km (around 11 minutes), Patnem just 1.8 km (about 6 minutes), Agonda Beach 11 km (roughly 22 minutes), and Cabo de Rama is about 25 km away. Shefali has thoughtfully put together a detailed pdf with everything you need to know about the places to visit, eat, and fun activities to try. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Katja the manager was the heart of the place. She was incredibly warm and kind, always there to help whenever I needed anything. The house itself is beautifully built and decorated, it truly felt like a home away from home. The vibe of the place is something special, I’m still missing it! And Nafisa, another gem in the property made delicious breakfasts every morning, and her lovely smile made my day. Kind people, a fantastic location, and a stunning property!!

We had a wonderful stay at this homely property in Shrivardhan, Maharashtra. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a very peaceful vibe - perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is great, just a short distance from the beach and local attractions. The stay at Madiha Hill was the absolute highlight of our Sri Lanka trip. The accommodation was exactly as described, located right in the middle of paradise! Chamara, our host, was simply amazing and helped us in every situation and at any time. A true highlight was the floating breakfast – we didn’t miss a single thing.

We recently stayed for a day at Zaf's property for our US consulate visit and had a great experience. The apartment was clean and cozy. Very tidy and well equipped Airbnb apartment.Moreover, Zaf is super responsive and provided with all the information we needed. Also his staff (guest relationship manager)is very helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay !! :)

Had a great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully done with little touches like snacks, chilled water, and even an umbrella that made us feel instantly welcome. It’s in a great location too, super close to most of the places we wanted to visit, including cafes, shops, and key sights around Pondicherry. Dipen was a fantastic host! very responsive and helpful. His list of recommendations for cafés and things to do really came in handy. We had a last minute change in plans, and he generously offered another property without any prior notice, which we’re extremely grateful for. He was also kind enough to accommodate a late checkout, which made our departure so much smoother. A big thanks to Jacqueline Akka as well. She was incredibly sweet and showed us around the place, making sure we were comfortable and knew how everything worked. Overall, a lovely and relaxed experience. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone visiting Pondicherry!

I absolutely loved the stay! The place was exceptionally well-equipped with everything I could possibly need, making it feel just like home. Cleanliness was truly up to the mark—every corner was spotless and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the warm, positive vibe of the entire space, which made the atmosphere so relaxing and enjoyable. The Apartment was really clean and compact. It very well matched our expectations. The host Mr.abhay was friendly, very responsive and easy to reach. He also helped us get a rental bike to roam around the city. He gave us a guide book which contained all the main things that we might be interested to do in the city, which helped us a lot. We really enjoyed our visit to pondicherry and will definitely stay again here if we get to visit the city again sometime. The stay just felt like home.

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful seaside property. Just about a km from the end of Rocky Beach, the location is scenic — perfect for a relaxing break by the coast. The apartment, located on the first floor, is thoughtfully designed with a sea view. One of the bedrooms offers the rare joy of watching the ocean while lying in bed, and the balcony overlooking the sea quickly became our favourite spot for morning tea and evening chats. We stayed with our 80-year-old mother, and she managed the stairs comfortably, thanks to the sturdy side handles. The property has two clean washrooms, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything was well arranged, making our stay comfortable. Weekend nights do get a bit lively with people gathering nearby and music going on till late, but it adds to the vibrant atmosphere of the area. Above all, the host was courteous, responsive, and truly a superhost in every sense. Highly recommended, and we would love to return.
