Holiday rentals with beach access in South America

The location of Nick’s place was perfect for us. In a quieter area but in walking distance of restaurants. We loved the pool and direct access to the beach!

Our stay in Cartagena was incredible, and this apartment made it even better. It was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The balcony was a dream with absolutely breathtaking views; we spent so much time just soaking it all in. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but the host was kind enough to let us drop off our bags so we could head out and start exploring the city. We were able to pick up the key later, which made everything super convenient. The building was spotless, and everyone we encountered was attentive and welcoming. We felt completely safe throughout our stay and quickly got to know our way around the area. Overall, a fantastic experience—would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location right on the ocean. Private swimming area in the ocean as well as a private pool. 3 bedroom condo, although one bedroom is very small and the bathroom has no toilet, there is another 1/2 bath in the hallway. No TV's in any of the room except the main room was strange for a property of this level. Has everything you could ever need from cookware, to plates, cups etc. Newer and very nice appliances as well. The highlight of the property is by far the large outdoor space. We spent the majority of our time out there, as there is no dining area except a couple spots at the bar, but who wouldn't want to eat outside! This space makes the whole property work. Pillows are terrible and beds are harder than we are used to but not bad. A/C units in each room work fine and are only needed at night due to the constant 17 MPH+ winds on the ocean. All in all was an amazing place, with great views and we will be back!! Sashika was helpful as well.

We had a great stay here. There was a miscommunication on the day we arrived and the apartment was not ready for us, but Mike and Gustavo quickly found a different place for us to stay for the first night and covered our transportation to/from the temporary stay. We enjoyed the pool area and grill, and the beach was only a 15 min walk away. There are bus stops within a 10 min walk that allow you to travel to Oranjestad and along Palm and Eagle Beaches. We were able to buy most food and drink items that we wanted at Uni Casa supermarket, which was only about a 5 min walk. We thought this was a good home base for both hanging out, and to be able to easily get to other places.

Best anniversary celeb ever! Lee was such an amazing hostess. Took care of all of our needs and requests including helping us book a quad at an excellent rate. So much to do and more then end the day at the villa with a spectacular view. You won’t be disappointed!

The house is beautiful, just as seen in the photos. Everything was clean and very well kept. The very quiet condominium, ideal for relaxing as a family. Teresa delicious kitchen was very friendly and helpful. We hope to be back later.

If you love animals & nature, this spot is for you! We got to meet the owner & learned that our stay contributes to planting trees- which is amazing to know! The beaches are beautiful & everyone is so humble and friendly. Worth the trip & we look forward to coming back!

House identical to the listing, spacious and organized, interesting for those who like a more rustic style. Safe Patio for those who have small children and do not want to leave them only indoors. Secure parking space. We really enjoyed our stay, we recommend it!

This place is really special and gave me a lot peace, its front porch is surrounded by a garden full of life. It rained at night and the sound of it gifted me a great sleep. The light in the place is intimate and has small lights that are warmed by the wood. In general, I hope I can come back and spend more time there, specially on the rainy season. Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

Cozy house, just steps from the beach, with everything necessary for your days in Morro. For those who want to escape the hustle of the village and the crowded beaches. Beach in front of the practically private house. Super attentive hosts. We spent wonderful days, I highly recommend!

Home is absolutely beautiful. Surfing was awesome and so convenient. Great options for restaurants with great food. Over the top customer service! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Some tips: Bring cash to avoid credit card fees. Rent a car if you are planning to do sightseeing outside property otherwise renting a golf cart works great. Watch for fisherman on beach selling lobster, etc to cook up for dinner in the beautiful kitchen. Fly into Nicaragua vs Liberia, (if relevant), you’ll save a lot of time and headache crossing the border. Schedule fishing expedition through your host, they have great connections and we came home with lots of fresh fish for dinner. Buy groceries on the way, onsite grocery store is limited and more expensive. Take advantage of market on certain days of the week for fresh fruit and vegetables. Make sure you get everything you need, this property doesn’t stock the basics (eg salt, pepper,etc)

Wonderful Apartment! Well located, a few blocks from the beach, close to markets and restaurants. The atmosphere is beautiful, well decorated, with all the new utensils, and super complete! Township good and clean bedding, great showers, induction stove, washer and dryer, Smart TV, all new and working. Come back for sure!

My family and I were very happy with this beautiful unit, everything was in perfect condition. Its location is excellent so close to everything. We recommend them 100% ☺️

This condo is in an excellent location, close to the main road but still quiet. Small grocery store located right across the street and many great coffee shops and restaurants all within a short walk. The condo itself is quite nice as well, perfect for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics needed for cooking.

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

Ana, the host always attentive to our inquiries as well as Doña Judit who received us at the place, both very friendly. Full equipped apartment, very clean, tidy, very quiet and easily accessible area, close to the center of El Coco (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants), perfect location to move to other beaches (Hermosa, Panama, Buena, etc.), 1 hour maximum from the beaches of the Papagayo Tourist Polo (Prieta, Virador, Nacascolo, etc.). We even went to La Cruz. I really recommend it 100%.

We had a great stay. The location is fantastic ! There was a renovation going on at Lagun beach, but it should be finished by now. Scott was very responsive and accommodating, I would recommend this place!!! We had a great time!
