Fijnbox is a 20ft eco container cabin situated on the mountain side overlooking Murasie and the small town, Baardskeerdersbos The cabin is perfectly suited for two adults, a great romantic gateway. This self-catering eco cabin is secluded and powered by solar and gas. It has a lovely braai lapa, with a wood fired hot tub on the patio. We provide all the luxuries you need during your stay.

The lounge area connected to a small kitchen extends over a deck that's equipped with a covered braai and dinning area. This shipping container has been loving converted into a beautiful space for two. It is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Each unit contains a kitchenette, free Wi-Fi access, and a patio/terrace area. Relax on the private deck with a cup of your favourite beverage to soak up the tranquillity of the natural bush surrounding this tiny home. Guests will have access to the 3.5 hectare farm to take a relaxing walk along the Snail Trail.

It is a light, modern cabin with direct access to endless hiking and the finest mountain biking trails in the western cape. Although it is styled as a one bedroom, two person cabin, there is a queen sized open pod attached to the living room which can sleep 2 children or an extra guest and can be made up for small extra fee. Almond cottage is set back from the lake and enjoys views of farmland and mountains.

The cabin overlooks the entire bay with the majestic Cederberg mountains in the distance. It has two ensuite bedrooms with compost toilets, and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area with a cast iron woodburner fireplace which makes the cabin warm and cozy even in winter.
